_*Imphal:* The proposed 48-hours inter-state shutdown from September 14 onwards by the All Tribal Students Union Manipur (ATSUM) has been called off following a mutual agreement between the state government and the student bodies._

_A meeting was held on Friday between the state government, represented by education minister Thokchom Radheshyam Singh and forest environment minister Awangbou Newmai, along with representatives from ATSUM, ANSAM and KSO-GHQ to discussed at length the charter of demands by the student bodies._

_The demands raised by the students’ organisation were discussed in detail and while there was progress in some issues, a complete fulfilment would require detailed discussion, said ATSUM._

_According to the ATSUM press statement, the concerned department would examine and process the issues immediately and the next round of meeting with the chief minister N Biren Singh will be held on September 25._

The National Testing Agency (NTA) on Friday announced the National Eligibility cm Entrance Test (NEET) examination for admission in undergraduate medical courses to be held on August 1.

“NEET (UG) – 2021 will be conducted in 11 languages, including Hindi and English through Pen and Paper mode on 01 August (Sunday),” said NTA notification.

The NEET examination is conducted by NTA for admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BSMS, BUMS, and BHMS courses.

NET in the notification said that the information regarding the test, syllabus, eligibility criteria for age, reservation, categorisation of seats, examination fee, cities of examination, State Code, among other things will be available shortly on its website when the submission of the application form for NEET (UG) 2021 starts.

The national-level entrance was conducted on September 13. NEET is an entrance test for medical and allied programmes, being held by the NTA. The NTA had declared the NEET 2020 results on October 16. (ANI)

Schools will remain closed until December .

The Central Government has stated that no timeline has been decided to reopen schools, but they would not be reopened until at least December. The Government has said the opening of schools will depend on the situation of -19.

Meanwhile, Union education ministry officials told a parliamentary panel on Monday that online classes are only meant for school children above Class 3 and only a limited number of online classes are allowed forthose up to 8th standard.

Earlier, the ministry had asked states and union territories for parent's feedback on a likely period when they will bev comfortable with reopening of schools. A circular sent by the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Human Resource Development (H RD), had also asked for parent's expectations from schools as and when they reopen.

Schools and educational institutions have been closed across the country since mid-March after the government imposed precautionary measures to stop the spread of coronavirus outbreak.

The centre since then has announced several relaxations but has not allowed the opening of educational institutions.

He admitted on 2nd August at RIMS after having shortness of breath, fever and cought. He does not have travel history but he have a history of an incident in which he caught a running COVID-19 patient in past. Suspected to be infected from that person. Total death tally increased to 13 in Manipur. He is vegetarian. Expert comments that he expired mainly due to COVID-19 positive.

```The final post mortem report of actor Sushant Singh Rajput submitted to the Mumbai Police Wednesday has put to rest all the presupposition and claims that the's death was not su***de but a murder. According to the final autopsy report, analysed and signed by a five-doctor-team, the cause of the death of the actor has been cited as asphyxia due to hanging.

The post mortem report said that there were no struggle marks or external injuries on Sushant Singh Rajput's body. His nails were also clean. It read that it is a clear case of su***de and no other foul play.

Mumbai police are, however, awaiting the actor's viscera report as it was preserved and sent for chemical analysis.```

He does not have his own chamber. It needs at least several lacs rupees to build a chamber. From where he is going to get that much money?

A criminal complaint has been filed against Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev and Patanjali MD Acharya Balkrishna in Bihar court. The complainant alleges that they are misleading the public and risking the lives of lakhs of people by claiming to have developed medicine for the treatment of COVID-19.

The complainant and social worker Tamanna Hashmi has sought the registration of FIR against the two in Chief Judicial Magistrate under the charges of cheating, criminal conspiracy, and few others.

Tamanna has sought the registration of a case under section 420 (cheating and dishonesty inducing delivery of property), section 120B (criminal conspiracy), and section 270 (malignant act likely to spread infection of disease dangerous to life) of Indian Penal Code.

The matter is listed for hearing on June 30.

Ayush Ministry has already issued a notice to the Patanjali Ayurved asking them to stop advertising and publicizing the claims about "Coronil tablet".

The complainant Tamanna has also mentioned in the complaint that when asked by Ayush Ministry about the details on the composition of the drug, they haven't provided any information so far.
