I’m grateful and abundant with opportunity ahead of me. Rejection is such a blessing. When you keep getting the runaround, doors politely (or not) shut in your face, and false opportunities falling through, take it as a sign to create your own adventure. The synchronicities are showing up FOR A REASON.

Lately, I have been far from successful in asking others for intentional growth experiences.

“Sorry, we’re not looking for any more of people like you.”

While I knew this was the answer all along, this week it became abundantly clear that creating my OWN experiences is the only way to go. I’m excited for what’s ahead!

You can apply this idea to anything. Self love, business, parenting. Relying on the *illusion* of community is the biggest mistake one can make. Do what’s in your heart, take action, and the rest follows.

Renew with crystal singing bowls, buffalo & ocean drums, gentle Koshi chimes, and guided meditation while setting the intention of honoring yourself and healing any loss you’ve endured.

This sound bath does not require any speaking or group sharing. This is strictly an opportunity for you to relax, restore, and practice self-love in a gentle way.

What to bring:
•Water bottle to stay hydrated

•Yoga mat, bolster, blocks, etc.
•Eye mask or eye pillow
•Anything you need to be comfortable!

You will be laying down during the sound bath. However, folding chairs are available if laying or sitting on the floor is inaccessible to you. Just ask for one!

Sound healing offers a holistic pathway to relaxation and restoration from a variety of everyday stressors. In this sound bath, you can expect to hear singing crystal bowls, the Koshi chime, and the ocean drum!

What to bring (optional):
•Blanket(s)
•Pillow(s)
•Yoga mat, bolster, blocks, etc.
•Water bottle
•Eye mask or eye pillow
•Your favorite fidget toys
•Anything else that will make you feel comfortable

We will not be sharing or exchanging fidgets. I will provide a small pack of basic fidgets for you to use during the event, and you can bring them home with you afterward! I also encourage you to bring any of your favorite fidgets with you to use.

This event is open to anyone age 16+. Parent or Legal Guardian is required to attend with anyone under age 18 and must also purchase their own ticket.

If instrumental sounds and vibrations generally feel unpleasant to you, a sound bath may not be the right event for you. Personal discretion is advised. Before purchasing a ticket for your child, please be sure to have this conversation with them. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm you’ve made an informed choice to attend this event.

Shoutout to my partner in soul 💙🩵🤍 We both completely uprooted our lives six weeks ago, and I’m so proud of both of us for getting through this major transition together.

It feels amazing to mentally and emotionally slow down and move at a pace that feels more aligned with my values, passions, and generally where I’m at in life in this present chapter. My nervous system is chilling out. I can breathe again. I’m able to grow in ways I’ve been fighting and praying for for years. It’s awesome!

If you have a feeling the grass is greener someplace else, it most likely is. You just have to feel your way to finding the right place for you. It takes time, love, and grace. Once it’s your time, it’ll feel amazing.

My word of the year 2024: BE

Time, Death, and Evil are just a few past words-of-the-year of mine. As I pivot into a chapter of my life that’s more-appropriately aligned with my dreams and values, I feel drawn to the desire to just “be.”

My recent trip to B.C.S. helped a great deal with learning to do this. Surrender and flow. Many of us on this trip felt this strong desire to continue ‘being,’ and this has stuck with me since my return home.

As we enter into a universal 8 energy in 2024, it’s important to remain humble and grateful for the abundance all around us. It’s easy to let the ego get carried away when abundance is obvious and plentiful. Allowing ourselves to ‘be’ is a gentle reminder to take it slow and allow the Universe to do its work. Nothing needs to be forced.

What is your word of the year? If you don’t have one yet, I hope this inspires you to choose one! Listen and notice the signs…the most appropriate word will come to you. 🩵

Last week I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training at ! I’m so proud of myself and my classmates for the hard work we put in. Witnessing our growth over those 17 days is something that’s really hard to put into words; it was pure magic, to say the least. This program is so much more than just a yoga teacher training. I feel like a more-whole version of myself. I rediscovered who I am and feel validated in what I stand for. The months leading up to this were quite a journey, as well. Only a handful of people know of all the prep work I put into this…and I’m also just getting started! I’m looking forward to sharing the love, wisdom, and joy experienced at Yandara with my current and future clients, friends, and family. 🕉️☯️
