The skin design work will stand a chance to be accepted by MLBB official and online in the game in 2021.
Best Popularity (One):

Best Innovation (Three):
5,000 Diamonds;

Best Costume (Five):
3,000 Diamonds;

Participation in Voting (All skin design works that are qualified for voting):

📍[NOTICE]
1. Each ID can submit ONE skin design work ONLY. If more than one works are submitted, the lastest one shall prevail.
2. The work should be designed according to the sample format. Please upload your work to Google Drive and submit the link via MLBB official channel.

3. Please ensure that the link of your work is accessible. If the link can’t be opened, your submission will be regarded as invalid.
4. Please fill in the submission questionnaire carefully. MLBB official will contact the winners and issue the awards according to the information filled in the questionnaire.
5. In order to avoid copyright infringement, participants are requested to ensure the following items:
(1) The design work is original and does not infringe on the legal rights and interests of any third party (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, personality rights, reputations, etc.);
(2) The design work should be published the first time. It has neither been published on another platform nor breached a contract with any third party;
(3) The design work has no content that violates local laws and regulations, public order, morals, etc. If the event has not ended and any violation is found, the submission will be considered invalid. If the event has ended, MLBB official reserves the right to take legal action against the participants and to take back the awards that have been issued.
6. All participants acknowledge and agree that: By submitting a skin design work, he/she is assigning all intellectual property rights (except attribution right) to Moonton, free of charge. Moonton, without prior consultation with or consent from the participant, reserves the right to directly, on its own or authorize any other third party to use the intellectual property right of the work in any way. 📍[Selection Rules]
1. All works will be screened and selected according to aspects like concepts, colors, costumes, overall effect, etc.
2. After the submission ends, a first round of selection will be carried out and the works that pass will be put to a vote.
3. All skin design works that are qualified for voting will be awarded with "Participation" awards.
4. The winner of "Best Popularity" will be determined solely by the result of the voting. If there are multiple participants with the highest number of votes, all of them can get "Best Popularity" awards.
5. Awards other than "Best Popularity" are determined by both MLBB official and the result of the voting.
6. One skin design work can win several awards.
7. MLBB official reserves all the rights of final decision and interpretation of the event and the rules.
