My first workout day was March 24th. That day was Back and legs. Set multiple PBs today as I do every couple of weeks. Below are my starting weight and reps on each back exercise and where I'm at now. Very happy with my progress so far! Back day and arm day are my two favorites. Can't wait to show the arm progress next week.

Seated cable row:
Then - 15 reps
Now - 12 reps

Standing Facepull:
Then - 15 reps
Now - 12 reps @57.5lbs

Dumbell row:
Then - 15 reps @17.5lbs
Now - 12 reps

Bent over barbell row:
Then - 10 reps
Now - 12 reps !!!!!

Lat pulldown:
Then - 15 reps
Now - 12 reps

On another note, day 2 in the gym is complete. This is all part of working on a better me for my family! Extremely motivated! Shoulders and core knocked out today! I get the weekend to rest, then back at it Monday!

Update: I feel good today everyone! Normally, I wake up with a lot of out of shape, old man pain. But today, I didn't. Just a good sore from a nice workout. Also, I got double the amount of deep sleep and REM sleep than I did the night before. I feel well rested and ready for today!

Its insane the type of friends and family you gain from doing something as simple as streaming video games. The support and the love has been overwhelming to say the least. The dedication that you all have shown to help me grow my passion and dream for gaming and entertaining has never been taken for granted.

I'm taking a step back from streaming for awhile. I've contemplated this decision ever since we found out about the baby. Its a difficult decision for sure. But I think it's necessary. I have a lot of dreams that I want to accomplish. There's a ton I want to do in this life. But I don't think there is a dream bigger than being a father. It's something I've always wanted to do. And I'm excited to finally be able to live out that dream. Roman Salvatore Spata is arriving August 10th. And I want the very best me to be there waiting for him. There's a ton of work that needs to be done before then. Work around the house and work for me personally. I'll continue to game periodically. I may even hit that "go live" button a few times throughout. But, it's safe to say, that it won't be the same as it's been these past 2 years.

With that, I can't thank you all enough. To the ReLoad fam and Audience members, I love you all. It's so long for now, but not for good. ❤

I've made the decision to stow away the mouse and keyboard. It's been a long journey. We've had some ups and downs for sure. Some of my best gameplay existed throughout that time. But, in preparation for....
.. warzone 2, I want to commit to controller going forward. Tonight, we drop into Rebirth to practice.

For those that may have missed the announcement yesterday, my stream schedule is changing. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Fridays, I will be live 5pm - 10pm pst! Tuesdays I'll be on a little later.
