Man charged with killing Ole Miss student released on bond

Timothy Herrington Jr. has been charged with first-degree murder in the missing person’s case of Jimmie “Jay” Lee.

Lee’s body has not been found since he went missing in Oxford over the summer.

Herrington has been held without bond for over 4 months but he maintained his innocence since his arrest.
