This client came to me super nervous about using video content, exhausted from doing everything in her business and knowing she wanted a change.

What I love the most about working with this client was her willingness to go with the flow when I recommended a new marketing plan for her that was extremely different from what she was doing currently.

On Friday when I met up with her I asked her about her sales and she simply said "WOW, so much has changed! I get atleast 1 inquiry every day, sometimes more especially on the days I post videos!"

All of this to say, if you're not getting the results you want, don't be afraid to pivot and try something new.

😭😭 Let's just say my clients see all sides of me and I won't have it any other way!!

In-person content days are a added bonus to my Private Coaching and Content Retainer offers because it's an efficient way for us to get a lot done on a short time.

It originated after clients told me over and over that they're not posting their content because they never get the time to record.

So I said let's fix that.

Client content days don't always go as planned but we always leave getting exactly what we came to do done.

On this content day we dealt with:
😫 Change of locations
🌦️ Weather disruptions
🤒 Both myself and the client not feeling well
🚗 And my car acting up on the way back

But regardless, we still got an entire month of content recorded so the client doesn't have to worry about content for the rest of July. (Fun fact, we're actually planning her August and September content as we speak).

Tough coaching I give my clients on a regular basis that helps them make a full time income ⬇️

1) You can't want CONSISTENT clients on a monthly basis if you don't have a system to create content consistently.

You need to show up for your clients FIRST before they commit to you.

Once we find your marketing strengths, get familiar with your lifestyle, we can create a plan for ANY COACH to become consistent on social media.

2) You need to create content that speaks to THE DIFFERENT STAGES your ideal clients are at.

You have ideal clients who have a problem and don't know what the solution is, create content around that.

You have ideal clients who know the solution to their problem but don't know where to start, create content around that.

You have ideal clients who knows where to start and even started on their own but don't have a plan to commit, create content around that.

Once you make your client the #1 priority in your content, it will sell and you'll sign at least 2 high paying clients per month.

3) If you don't SERVE your existing clients fully and even go above and beyond, don't expect God to send you more.

Listennn, it's so important to help your existing clients bloom even while you're seeking more clients.

This is how you'll attract your next client faster and make a full time income in less than 3 months.

Instagram remains the simplest platform for me and my clients because we focus on the things we need to sign high paying clients and block out everything else.

You see, instead of optimizing your bio so new people can find out, you're worrying about the latest IG update.

Instead of categorising your content so it's easier to come up with content ideas and execute, you're focused on who is using what phone and lighting.

Instead of creating your own posting plan, you're comparing yourself to how much someone else posts.

This is what is making Instagram so hard for you, this is why you're rarely ever consistent and why clients aren't coming your way.

My clients and I put on our tunnel vision glasses and focus on our own content and how we can use Instagram to our advantage so it's never overwhelming and we can sign clients faster.

Use the resources you have right now to create content for your coaching business.

You do not have to wait until you get that fancy ring light. Use natural lighting.

You don't need the latest iPhone or S22 or any fancy phone. Use the smartphone you have right now.

Nor do you need to be in a fancy office space. Use the space you have now even if that's you in your car or against a plain wall.

When you get into the habit of using what you have to create content, you will be more consistent with your content and that's what you next client needs to see in order to decide to work with you.

Build the habit now, even if all the tools aren't perfect and watch your sales grow into a full time income.

This client spent 5 years going back and forth on the things we were able to do in 3 WEEKS!

You’re not signing clients monthly in your business because you are believing your excuses that’s stopping you from creating consistent content on social media.

You value being able to set your own schedule, to do bougie midday workout classes, to work with people that you choose or to simply have a slower but higher quality life.

Within the past 4 years, I did a complete reinvention from being an unfulfilled attorney to now being a full time marketing coach who attracts new clients in my business every single month while having the freedom and flexibility to work on my own terms.

I’ve always valued being able to take care of myself financially while also having the freedom to take a day off, go to the beach when needed, work from home or a different country and even say no to the people and opportunities that doesn’t align.

Learning how to create content that sells in my coaching business allowed me to do this.

I also improved my overall quality of life. I work out 5X per week, do midday strolls like a bougie housewife, avoid stressful situations like sitting in traffic in hours or “Debbie-downer” people who lower my vibration daily.

I could have never done that if I didn’t decide to become a full-time marketing coach and now I want to use my content to share exactly how I got here.

My love for writing led to me becoming a marketing coach. Let me explain ⬇️

When I was in law school, I rewrote all my text books merged with my personal notes and other resources into concise "exam must read notes" and shared it with all of my friends who used it to study for exams. ⁣

Those notes are still being circulated about 6 years later.⁣
⁣
Then I started writing reports and applications for my corporate job that made me stand out from the rest, despite being only "a trainee".⁣
⁣
Soon after, I was the go-to girl when it came to writing promos for events in my volunteer club resulting in an 90% attendance rate.⁣

Then in 2019, I started to write for my family business page and she saw her online sales increase. ⁣

1) I'm based in Trinidad and Tobago, I love being a Caribbean girl, I love the food, beach, people and music.

2) I'm an attorney-at-law turned coach.(see pinned post for my journey) I always get asked if I'll ever return to law and all I'll say is I never stopped being a lawyer. I literally did a contract, 1 week ago. (for my business lol)

3) I started this year with a serious desire to look and feel the best I've ever been so I started a new gym, a new trainer and cut out all junk foods completely and I think I'm seeing 2 abs already 😅
