ROM Classic Entry 2:
Looking so grim for ADL Hunter in Pvp Scenario in ROM Classic

I taking the time to analyze how to maximize Crit rate issue for ADL Snipers and this was it so far.

Break down - Current Crit Rate of 64% ( I can't find the 2.67 point difference. LOL)
31.33 - Character Stat 99 Luck Points (3 Luck :1 Critical Rate Ratio)
10 - Improve Concentration Level 20
10 - True sight Level 10
10 - Hyegun Star

Possible ways to increase Critical Rate:
10 - Offhand Enchant (Max Enchant)
10 - Accessory 1 Enchant (Max Enchant)
10 - Accessory 2 Enchant (Max Enchant)
10 - Backwear Enchant (Max Enchant)
10 - Face Enchant (Max Enchant)
18 - Max Luck Stats from 99 to 148
10 - Accessory Kobold Card ( 2nd accessory card to to Smokie Card)
20 - Change Accessories from Fairy in a Bottle and Agi Pin to 2 +12 Critical Ring ( Take note you lose allot of Attack Speed in giving up Agi pin)
10 - Weapon Card Rotar Zairo Star Card (Giving Up Atroce Star in Weapon Slot)

Total Possible Critical Rate :
172 Without exceed break
202 With Level 10 Exceed Break

Based from experience from the EL server you need to have a large difference between crit rate point from target's Cri Resist Stats. I forgot what the crit rate vs crit resist ratio in EL but I'm sure it wasn't 1:1.

Maybe one factor would be equipments here have no synthesis yet also.

I'm basing my worst case scenario's from well known Sniper JKRowling playing Sniper class having has highest Resist build 290-300 (regardless synthesis items wear available) to counter AA Rune master.

Given all the conditions due take note you sacrifice Attack speed and Damage equipments to achieve that highest Crit Rate possible so I doubt even though you land a Critical Hit It would do enough damage to burst your target.

Another thing to thinking about if you will be competitive on the upcoming OBT.
