Live stream is available at www.gtiradio.com. The station will be live from 1-4pm each day. The station is managed and run by Radio and Journalism students as part of their work placement programme. There will be a varied mix of shows, including live performance sessions, current affairs magazine and music programmes. Station manager Denise Nagle says she is “really looking forward to this project
and hopes all G.T.I students and faculty will tune in”. SCHEDULE:
13.00: News, sports and weather with Darragh Mullooly and Dermot Walsh on the 'Information Station'. All the up to the minute headlines you need.
13.05: "The Raw Show" presented by Dermot Walsh and Sinead Ryan. A lively mix of tunes from a different genre each day.
13.45: "The REAL Afternoon Show". If you thought Blathnaid was entertaining you haven't met Denise Nagle. She'll be bringing you a blend of current affairs and topical discussions with some surprise guests.
14.15: "What's On?" hosted by Sinead Ryan. Letting you know what's hot in Galway City & County. If anyone knows it's definitely our Sinead.
14.20: News update with Darragh at the 'Information Station' once again.
14.22: "The G.T.I Sessions". Aisling Carragher will be bringing you the best performances from the best new bands live from the G.T.I studios.
14.35: "Narnia's Lunchbox with Kelvin & Sorcha" These two will definitely keep you listening with an entertaining mix of all kinds of weird and wacky wonderment.
15.10: "Tunes & Chat" hosted by Colm Ward. Only the best new music and chit chat.
15.50: "The Wheel of Morality". Paraic Collins closes with his final thoughts of the day.
