With temperatures dropping, our shelters are operating under Code Blue status, and that means we’re not just open at night – we’re here for our guests all day long to provide warmth, safety, and support.

Right now in our warming shelters:

Bozeman: 110 overnight guests and 100 daytime guests
Livingston: 13 overnight guests and 10 daytime guests

This is a costly but necessary action, and we can’t do it without YOU. Your support helps us keep the doors open and provide the care needed during these freezing temperatures.

STOP saying ‘they are just acting their age’ when you see negative traits in your child. The other day a mom asked us to pray against violence in her children against each other. For another mom, it was violence from her son against her, one was anger and bitterness against the dad…it goes on.

What we do asides praying along, is encourage parents to pray for fruit of the spirit over these children and they start seeing changes! Emotions are valid and it’s okay to have all those different feelings but those emotions can be quickly hijacked by such negativity that it spirals into something more destructive, especially for growing children. Don’t even wait till you see negative traits!

I encourage us as parents to place our hands on our children’s heads, mention their names and pray these prayers, replace every negative emotion with the fruit of the spirit! This should be a regular practice in our homes! God help us🙏🏽

Our Bozeman and Livingston warming centers are a lifeline, providing a warm, safe space for over 100 people each night—but we can’t do it without you. Our shelters are entirely community-funded, and we need your support to keep our doors open.
