So many of us have been there…Wanting to find the right crafting tools to get started but feeling so overwhelmed with all the choices. It can be downright mind-boggling🤯

Thanks for sticking around to hear the rest of my story!💕 Here is part 2 and what changed everything for me☺️

To recap…I was getting frustrated searching for ideas and tools, and it was beginning to feel like like I would never find exactly what I was looking for 😫 Until I had that random conversation with a stranger.

That was when she mentioned something called Chalk Couture. At first, it sounded too simple (I thought I was missing something) and too good to be true! But I decided it was worth a shot and jumped in head first 🥰

Using the product could not be any easier:
1) apply transfer (stencil) to a surface
2) use a spreading tool to apply chalk paste over the entire transfer
3) lift up transfer and reveal the design

I wish y’all could have seen my face 😳the first time I revealed the design I created…in just minutes!! I was hooked immediately. BYE BYE self-doubt! (and wasted money, time & frustration). HELLO beautiful DIY decor!

I wish I had learned this so much sooner!!

I tried EVERYTHING that I could think of, from winging it to searching Pinterest and shopping all sorts of stores. But I just was not getting what I needed. Then I thought, well maybe I need to look for another hobby. But that was when it happened.

One night as I sit frustrated (and to be completely honest…a little down on myself), I came across someone who struggled with the same thing I did! 😳 But there was a difference…she found the solution!🙌🏻 Given I had tried so many things, it was natural for self-doubt to creep in. But with nothing left to lose, I decided to give it a try☺️ Thank goodness I did! What a difference it made…in so many areas of my life💕

You won’t believe the results I was getting - saving money, time, and frustration! It’s something that anyone can do and starts with one simple step🥰

Any guesses on what this secret might be??

Sooooo🤩….travel day today!! 🙌🏻✈️ We didn’t necessarily have a long flight, BUT the day (in general) was VERY long! And go ahead and add some stress into it (because you know, trips can be stressful😉) But we made it!! 🎉 Woohoo😜

One thing I always find to “settle me down” or just help me to relax and find a little peace after a chaotic day…is creating🎨 Working on projects takes me to a happy place, free of stress💕

BUT, since I’m not at home, in my little crafty space…I am looking for alternatives. Most likely will be looking to curl up with a good book, maybe watch a little TV, or head to the pool area.

Just curious, who likes to do ⬆️?
