In this episode, we spent a beautiful day exploring Snoqualmie Falls and even had an extra buddy meet us there! A friend and fellow travel nurse from San Antonio was also on contract in Washington, so we spent the day together!
In addition to the beautiful falls which we viewed from the upper and lower deck we also learned that they use the Falls to create hydroelectric power. The kids had a great time playing at the rocks near the river and someone even fell in a little, any guesses who that was?
After we worked up an appetite we went to Snoqualmie Falls Brewery for delicious drinks and lunch! Great spot to visit if your here for sure! The Town is also a great place to explore, there is a train museum and so many old trains and train cars to see. Cam was in heaven.
We decided we were still full from our late lunch and so we stopped and had milkshakes on the way home for dinner!
