Khasi ko Pakku (Nepali Mutton Curry) Recipe for Dashain:

Ingredients to Marinate:
-Mutton
-Turmeric Powder
- Black Pepper
-Oil
-Chilly Powder
- Meat Masala
- Chilly Powder
- Salt as per the taste
- Kashmiri chilly powder

Method:
Step 1: Marinate mutton with all the ingredients and leave it for 4 hours.
Step 2: Add oil in a thick pot and add bay leaf and green cardamom.
Step 3: Fry Marinated Mutton for 1 hour in low flame. Make sure to stir in between.
Step 4: Once cooked serve it with Puffed rice or flatted rice and pickle on the side.

Enjoy your delicious Khasi ko Pakku!

Merry Christmas Fam 🎄🎅

It’s cold and Christmas time, so what can be better time than this to enjoy delicious Nepali dhedo. Weather this Christmas wasn’t as expected to we made Kodo ko dhedo and to go with that buff sukuti.

TBH I am not really good with making Sukuti coz I have rarely made it but I am sharing you all my recipe. Do let me know if there is better way to make sukuti.

Not really a big fan of dhedo but again no matter what you eat, Nepali khana vaneko chai ekdam swadista khana ho👌.

Introducing y’ll with one of the famous food of Limbu & Rai Community “Kinema”

Kinema is traditional fermented soyabean food with very strong smell but really good when it’s cooked. You can make curry and pickle out of it.

It’s my first time making Kinema and the whole process was so intriguing to know about our traditional food. It’s fun and if you are from Rai & Limbu community & if you love kinema do try out to make it from scratch.

Also to alert, the smell is very strong.😜

Fuwa Fuwa Japanese Pancake 🥞

Fam so far my best visit in Toronto for pancakes. One of the very famous place serves the best Janapense style pncakes. It’s fluffy and really delectable to try out their pancakes. You can choose your favorites as they do have variations and the one we tried was so good.

The place is cozy and really nice to hangout for breakfast with your friends and family. If you planning definitely try out one of my favorite “Fuwa Fuwa signature” 🥞
