Christmas Extravaganza, dress to impress in your best Christmas outfit!

Our outdoor arenas have recently undergone a recent refurbishment to feature a new water complex, ditches, steps, a ramp all enclosed in new Duralock white railings. All catered towards our Arena Eventing Winter Series.
The event will be held across 2 arenas on a surface. The course will be designed and built by Gilly Milner, incorporating show jumps and cross country fences to test both horse and rider.
The classes are open to everyone. No British Eventing membership is required. Competitors must be 11 on the 1st January unless your parent or guardian accept you are under the age of 11 and safe to compete. Proof will be required by submitting 3 event completion results.
The following classes will be run:
> 80cm
> 90cm
> 100cm
> Novice
Rosettes will be placed from 1st to 6th.
The entry fee is £23 per entry, plus a £2 medic fee for every entry. No payment means no entry, there will be no payment on the day.
Entries are taken by phone on 07809 689972. If you have any special requests please inform a member of staff when placing the entry.
The entries will close on Thursday 10th December, however if entries aren’t full they will remain open. Entries will not be taken on the day. There will be no entry fee refund after Monday 7th December. Any withdrawals following Monday 7th December will still be expected to pay due to admin and organisation for the event already being carried out. For any competitor who fails to show up or doesn't pay for their entry for each event will not be allowed to enter unless payment is received with the entry.
Please note the cross country fences will not be anchored to the ground in the arena.
The dress code is XC clothing, wearing a jockey skull cap and body protector and horses do not need to be plaited.
All riders must abide by the rules and terms and conditions set out at Kelsall Hill Equestrian Centre.
This competition will run as a league table series, a Championships will run on Saturday 6th March 2021.
Upon arrival please wait outside in your vehicle next to the sign by the office, a member of staff will come out to you and sign you in and check your passport. The member of staff will do the entry and exit gate for you and tell you where to park.
Hand sanitisers are available upon entry, in the car park and around all facility gates/entrances.
A porta loo is available in the car park for customers. This is cleaned regularly throughout the day.
Please note passports will be requested upon arrival and your horse must be up to date with its annual flu vaccination. If you have had your annual vaccination then you need 7 clear days before coming to Kelsall Hill please.
All Government social distancing guidelines will be adhered to during the day: Along with all other Government guidelines with how many people can meet etc. We are currently asking for no spectators please.
Our collecting ring will be operating a strict rolling 5. Please can everyone stick to their time slots and arrive on time. Only 5 people will be allowed in at one time to warm up. We will have in place a fence steward doing your practice fences for you. No spectators, grooms or family members are allowed into the warm up arena.
