Nicodemus met Jesus Christ in secret.
Biblically speaking Nicodemus was a judge and lawyer in the sanhedrin. He was highly respected as a wise man during the time of Jesus Christ and Julius Ceasar,the emperor of Rome. Nicodemus was a seeker of God. He wanted to meet Jesus Christ to know the truth about the kingdom of God.
We can see in the Bible,the three episodes where Nicodemus had a meeting with Jesus Christ whereas stated below:
1)1st Episode:
John 3:1-21.
2) 2nd Episode:
John 7:50-52.
3)3rd Episode:
John 19:38-42.
His strengths:
Nicodemus had a wise and curious mind.
The meaning of his name in original Greek is ("Nike",victory) and "demos" is people. This is the name borne in the N.T. by a Greek Jew who defended Jesus Christ before the religious leaders.(John 7:50) and was present at his burial (John 19:39).
He was not satisfied with the legalism of the Pharisees. But instead,he decided to follow Jesus Christ in secret. Jesus Christ said,Come and follow me. He enjoyed his moment with Jesus Christ. He visited Jesus Christ three times for follow up of his conversion to Jesus Christ.
