লকমা রাজবাড়ি দেখে কষ্ট পেলাম। এত পুরাতন ঐতিহাসিক স্থাপনা কিন্তু সংরক্ষন করার কেউ নেই। অযত্নে, অবহেলায় ধ্বংসাবশেষটুকু কোনরকমে টিকে আছে। সিঁড়িগুলো দেখলে গা ছমছম করে মনে হয় যেন সাপের আস্তানা। আসলে কোন সাপ নেই।

রাজবাড়ির ছাদ থেকে ভারতের কাঁটাতার দেখা যায়। স্থানীয় একজনের কাছ থেকে জানলাম কাঁটাতারে কিছুদূর পর পর গেট আছে। ভারতীয়রা এসে কাজ করে যায় আবার সময় শেষ হলে চলে যায়। মনুষ্য তৈরি নিয়মের বেড়াজালে কষ্ট পায়, মানুষই!
