I want to use my anxiety to become, not to run from it.

I’m practicing this, every, single, day.
Some days goes beyond what it thought i was cabable of, some days i can be so self-sabotaging or self-concious about how i behave or think, what i let myself, tell myself.
It can in some ways feel really confusing, to me.
But, there’s also alot of days, where i know. I know that i am, i’m worthy, i’m on the right path, i’m making the right choices, i’m following my intuition, i follow what moves me. What drives me.
And, two things, can be true at the same time.

Nature and walking, gives me clarity, the same does baths.
Clarity about what next to do, when i dont know, or feel out pf control… cause i really sont like being out of control, but i also love i. I learn so mich about myself.

Share your thoughts🌊❤️🌿

I’ve heard and read this said by on her podcast .

It’s such a key element in our perception for learning, and our attitude for learning.

Being a learner over a knower, is being brave enough to be curious.

Pushing were you think you limits are is healthy in order for growth. Here are take on one of the ways she’s been doing that in her life.

She needed something outside her career job to be challenged at, and to grow in. Earlier in the interview she shares her experince in crossfit, and why she choosed to pic a different sport to be challenged in, that what she had been up to before.

Theres alot of ways to challenge tour bosy and mind, it isnt supposed to be a certain way, try different things, you might already know what it is. But might be scared. Go do it!
Fitness in general is so important for our health, and honestly while im texting this, im thinking that i wanna go to the gym tommorrow. I’ve kinda taken a break, because there’s been alot going around in my life, finishing gymnasium and searching job, while working on my self in terms of mt sexuality. BUT I Know; that excercise helps me tap out of my brain a bit. Go back to the way that works for you.❤️🏋🏻‍♂️
Or find something else, that you find the most interesting.

Mental health around men is something that is very hard to talk about for men. Its often seen as a weakness to show vulnerability around other boys/men.

Are men toxic? I dont like to make open questions around this. But im sure it depends on which environement you spend you time and energy with.

But i wanted to have a talk about mental health around boys and men. Because i know that Caskin has a touch on that.

Some of the things that makes mental health a hard conversations to open for, for men is…

“If we share, we overshare it”
Because that men in many areas in life is being seen as more.

“Ohh thats so gay”
As Caskins mentions, there is a thing around men leaning into their feminity. It’s seen alot as a gay thing. Leaning into your feminity or masculinity doesnt prricilarly make someone gay. Its just an exploration of ones identity and way of living and expressing.

Feeling man enough
Caskin: “As a man, we lack emotionel intelligence, so to be doing more underlying work on you emotional intellegence and understanding yourself is super important.”

Roasting each other at things we like doing is not a way to go❤️
try to encourage eachother.

What do you do?
As Caskin mentions, in Africa, they have mental health month for men in November, and he had this experince were he shared something, followed with a lot of boys reaching out to him, to let him know how big of a difference Caskins bravery menas to them.

Standing up for yourself and other, creating a space were all od us is allowed, is the way to get closer to a more collected community.

I had a very interesting conversation with , talking about social media, how we want to use it in a way that serves us purposefully. How do one do that? And not get cought up by the fact that you might not be growing your audience?
Patience is very important, and engagment. Its really not about the crowd you’re having, but its about how you engange with the crowd you have. And how you engage with yourself.

Feel free to reach out to Caskin or I if you have any questions. You can find the podcast on most atreaming platforms and on youtube.

Dare to support the lgbtqia community even if you’re not a part of the community.
It’s showing empathy, love and understanding to other people who does not have the same space to feel free in all the ways they want.

This post is from whom i also had a talk with on the podcast. You can listen via link in bio and Youtube.

I waited for a long time before i started
I was using a lit of time, only thinking about it.

But it isnt until you actually start the thing, that you learn about it in the process.

I re-considered the reality of having two podcast at the same time. But it isnt until you actually do the thing that you know what the reality of it really is like, and that’s when you learn all the things.

Before you label yourself as somebody who has social anxiety, just take a minute and ask yourself this:

💡 Is that reluctance to go out just a sign that you prefer to be home?

💡 Does the nervousness just mean that you’re more interested in deeper connections, not a frat party?

💡 Is the uneasiness about seeing people from your past just a recognition of how much you’ve grown?

It may surprise you to know that I’m someone who feels all of this. I know, I know… It’s hard to believe because I’m so extroverted online and in my work, but in life I’m really a homebody at heart.

Whenever my husband Chris and I pull up to a gathering, I feel both excited to see people I like, but also a weird feeling in my stomach about small talk with people I don’t know as well.

It took me a really long time to embrace the fact that there’s nothing wrong with me.

I just can’t stand small talk. And I don’t care for big groups. I prefer deep conversations with a handful of people.

Don’t get me wrong, every once in a while we all need a massive blowout of a party (in fact I’m currently enjoying a beautiful celebration for my cousin’s wedding), but not the conversations about the weather 😉

Reposting this, because the first clip werent the full question.❤️

But ever since if first found here on ig, I’ve been amazed by the effort she put into her work. Because she does it diffenrently than mainstream I think. If you know somebody like Jaime, then tag them on this post!❤️

On the podcast Jaime explained how she does worklife and realtionship in a way that she can put her heart into it all.

I asked her “how do you balance work and relationsship”

answered, “the answer is, I dont have balance. There are days where i’m all in with work, and I will spend maybe two hours together in the evening, we will text throughout the day, but she gets two hours of my time. Like yesterday for example, I was working until 7.30 and then we went to this thing together. But there are days, where i will schedule a day off, I will not answer a damn thing, and I will spend all day with her. And again, thats not balance at all, cause im not doing work at all, im spending time only with family.
So i dont balance. I make sure my clients are always taken care of, that im present ok social media at least 3-5 times a day. And Katie is always my number 1 priority.
The number one things i would suggest to people, is to have boundaries, whatever you’re an entrepenour, or an employee or a CEO, you abselutly have to keep certain boundaries in place, no emails or DM’s before 7.00am, nothing after 8.00pm.”

These adcixes are some that I remind myself to build, and i has defenetly helped me have more structure in my days. And be able to focus on specific things when I have/want to.
