In Florida where we live the salty air is abusive to all things metal. The house we bought was in dire need of some TLC, using Krylon Spray Paint fusion matte black I had great results giving these old tired window frames new life! it was a bit of a process, but the results were great. Stairway update! Using I was able to redo the railing easily! Pulled off the wooden painted swirls on the side of the risers and sanded, caulked, and repainted all risers and spindles white.

Found these two items at an antique shop for a friend. She was wanting a cabinet with doors so little ones aren’t able to touch the wine glasses. Used and to give it some depth. New glass door pulls from ....turned out pretty cute and one-of-a-kind!

Updated another bathroom floor today! We used Mohawk Tybee Island Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring. I love that it’s waterproof and you don’t need a saw to cut...Just a box cutter and some pliers. Quick tip: use a piece of paper to trace around toilet or other objects, cut your markings and you have an easy template to trace on your plank!

Somehow this bench has lasted 4 moves, has been a toy bin, and held many shoes over the years. It was time for an update! Using Waverly chalk paint and wax was all it took. No need to sand! It hid all those little nicks and gashes and gave it new life!

Ever have a low neckline and you can’t wear a shirt underneath? Or maybe it’s just too hot to wear another layer? Here is an easy way to fix it! (Item shown is a swimsuit) Grab a square of matching fabric, finish the edge that will show, measure each side so it’s straight across and pin. Sew it down and remove pins. Trim the inside excess fabric. That’s it! No need to wear a shirt underneath, just stitch some fabric in! You can use a machine with a straight stitch or you can hand stitch. I hope this helps someone! 😃
