“So. I did a thing.” I submitted my application to be one of 50 runners apart of Beyond Type 1 TCS New York City Marathon team. It was a pretty extensive application process and the deadline closes tomorrow 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼!

And, I’m good with it.

I’ve learned a lot over the last year. I walked away from a career and title I held strongly for years to embrace newness, opportunity, to “go back in time” and finish goals I left undone…

What I’ve learned most, is who I am now… What I do, What I consume (with my mouth, eyes, and heart), Who I’m around, How I react/respond…

Here and Now is the determining factor of who I will be… Age doesn’t get the right to determine that for me.

I don’t know that person yet…

I don’t think I (we) will ever, but I know “when it’s all said and done,” if I’ve lived in a way in accordance with the intent on working on bringing my true, best representation of self, then CHEERS! And thank you all so very much for the birthday wishes and for being energy in my life 🙏🏼…
