For the next we have our talented Maja Krajewska! ☺️

✌️What is your role in the company?
I’m taking care of production and art direction side of the creative process. I’m an animator as well. Also, the most important, I am the one responsible for making unfunny jokes.

✌️How did you start your creative journey?
I started my creative journey in a branding studio. I was designing cool things, but then I found out that design is even cooler when everything is moving, so I shifted my career to the motion design industry.

✌️What would your advice be for future artists?
Just try doing things as fun as it’s only possible and try not to die in the process. And take care of your back, sitting is a silent assassin. You can thank me later!

✌️What is your favorite project that you made here?
There were so many of them. But I believe that my first ones here were the most satisfying ones. It was a series of 5 seconds gifs with amazing illustrations. And it was wonderful when I felt the progress in my animation after with completing each and every one of them.

✌️What do you like to do in your spare time?
I like hiking long distance. I mean really long, like 500 km. But I enjoy short ones as well when I don’t have time because I have a ton of animation to handle!

✨What is your role in the company?
I am a team leader as well as an illustrator, so basically, I coordinate work of the illustration team.

✨How did you start your creative journey?
I had pencil in my hand faster than I took first steps as a baby… but for real, I have been drawing as far as I can remember. I have been designing characters, creating my own version of the well-known TV series such as Adventure Time and Steven Universe, my Original Characters are everywhere. It took me some time to realize that I can do this as my job.

✨What would your advice be for future artists?
Don’t worry If you have an art block. It’s normal! It may be frustrating but still, you can develop your skills. Watch videos and tutorials, copy your favorite artists, read art books, study other people’s work. BUT…you don’t have to if you don’t feel like it! Take your time and be nice to yourself and other people.

✨What is your favorite project that you made here?
Crossroad Church - God’s Story. Thanks to this project we were able to develop so much! I love concept art, and I had an opportunity to design backgrounds. It was so much fun. This animation has a totally different feeling than traditional explainer.

✨What do you like to do in your spare time?
Spending time with my family, taking care of and plying with my puppy, drawing, painting, playing the ukulele, dancing, jogging, reading books, and hiking. Recently I learned how to do embroidery and punch needle.
