I think many of us have already watched a video of this amazing 6-year-old student. She looks sad and wears a dirty white shirt, but she's a true fighter! She steers a big trash-filled "boat" with a wooden "oar" all by herself to reach her school on the water.

Her story teaches us that no matter how tough things get, we can still learn. She never gives up and shows us that we all can overcome any challenges that come our way.

"The past is in the past, let it go."
This is one of my favorite parts of the lyrics of a popular song called "let it go". This part of the lyrics always reminds me not to dwell on things that have already happened and cannot be changed.

Sometimes, we may feel stuck in the past, thinking about things we could have done differently or regretting our mistakes. But this can prevent us from moving forward and enjoying the present.

If you can let go of the past, I'm sure you can free yourselves from negative emotions and start fresh.
