She’s aspiring to build her business, which just launched on June 2020, with the outlook of being more than a bakery, focused on an ongoing effort to bring the community together – from essential worker drop off’s, to partnering with Angels of Hope USA, to their homeless initiative – Zahra and Salisbury Bakes aims to be good and do good.

What a year it’s been! In our final episode of 2020, we put together a Christmas special 🎄

Do you remember that was featured on with us during our live episode for United World Week? We wanted to welcome in the holiday season with them and invited them back on to the podcast.

This time, we spoke with our friend , who is from Manila, Philippines. She’s recently graduated with a degree in economics from the University of the Philippines and is currently working for a tech startup. She is part of the and she dedicates some of her time to the Noche Buena Project, which she has been part of since her childhood when the project was launched in 2009. She shares her experiences with the project and how it has helped her develop a deeper understanding of hope.
