We're baaack!! Wow, it's been a long, long time. Since our last episode, life has really derailed then railed and then went sideways and needless to say, podcasting was last on our ever growing list of adult obligations. There has been a lot of growth and healing in the time we've been away from the microphone and a lot of it has been while we sit together during our G4 dates to laugh, cry, eat and drink. We try to answer life's deep, dark questions, but usually end up with more questions.
In this brand new episode, you'll get a glimpse into one of these sessions. And while we're still living and observing both the wonders and the obstacles of raising neurodivergent children, we intend to turn the discussion to thought provoking topics that we feel are pertinent to today's struggles and strife. So as usual, grab a drink and cozy up, cause here we go again!

When you start the on the long and sometimes crazy road that is an autism diagnosis, finding all of the resources you can get your hands on is such a daunting task. One thing you can do is look to family and friends that have had similar experiences. We invited Claudia's sister on to do just that. Jeannie is a single mom with two adult children who have been diagnosed with ASD and trying to find their way in the world. She has been nice enough to sit down with us and talk about her trials getting her boys what they need to thrive. As always, take a seat and settle in...we're about to get real!

We are incredibly honored to be a part of this conference. Considering that we have only just started on this journey together, it is humbling and surreal to be invited. We would be so glad if you can support us and the many participants at the INAS 2022 Neurodiversity Conference on Saturday, September 24, 2022.

Kelly Guthrie and Claudia Garcia are two moms out of Las Cruces, NM raising neuro-divergent people, and co-hosting their podcast; Kelly and Claudia, Moms on the Spectrum. Covering a range of topics, from the chaotic to the mundane, we share our unpolished life experiences navigating raising our a-typical families in a neuro-typical world. Our shared situation being the inspiration for the show, led us to find that the best support system has turned out to be each other. This is us, living life without a filter.

We had the unbelievable honor to sit down with Nick Clark not too long ago and when we say this dad is top-notch, we mean it. What a fantastic perspective, what an amazing conversation! We can't thank Nick enough for sitting down with us and we can't wait for the opportunity again!! As always, grab a drink, maybe some snacks and get comfy! Here is episode #14 to delight your ears!!

We are so incredibly excited to have had the opportunity to sit down with our guest, Nick Clark. Nick is a self-identified autistic and is a dad to twin girls, one of whom is autistic. It was one of those times when you find yourself not wanting t...

Listen, sometimes you just have to set the record straight and to help us do that, we have James as our guest in Episode 12. He has been the topic some controversial topics, especially when it comes to food, and today, we hear his side.
In all seriousness, James is such a strong advocate for our little podcast and more importantly, in our children's lives throughout the years. He champions our success and we are thrilled to have him in our corner! As always, grab yourself a drink, a comfy seat and listen in as we discuss all things seedy...and then some!!
