I evolved my shiny ursaring on pokemon legends arceus! All you need to do is get Ursaluna unlocked, then go to Crimson Mirelands at the Scarlet Bog and use the ursaluna to randomly dig up a Peat Block! Then wait till it night time at campsite and get a full moon and you can evolve your ursaring!
