Phil's Bio:

Before starting in real estate sales in 2006 in NC, Phil
worked in various corporate roles including VP of Sales and
Marketing for a Vacation Club with Resorts though out the
Caribbean, CEO of a Marine Construction Company building
floating dock system before selling the company that Phil
started from the ground up. Phil work for family owned
Development Company in the North East at a young age and
learned the nuts and bolts of home building and real estate
sales. Phil started his entrepreneurship at an early age after
spending two years in college, he realizing that there had to
be a better way. Phil convinced his parents to lend him
money to purchase a nightclub in CT. The nightclub was the
shorelines number one club that had national bands playing
at the club like Joe Perry, The Guess Who, The Ramones,
Michael Bolton, NRBQ, Loverboy, John Cafferty and The
Beaver Brown Band and many more top bands.

After only 14 plus years in the real estate business in NC,
Phil Slezak leads the top producing real estate team in the
Greater Triangle Area, on track to sell over 100 plus homes
this year. Phil Slezak is ranked as one of the top marketing
agents in the nation and has won numerous awards.

Phil Started his residential real restate career in 2006 while
not knowing anyone before moving here from Hilton Head
Island to Apex, NC. During his first two years at a national
franchise, he broke all records while other agents wanted to
know how did he do it.
