‏تعبر تونس عن وقوفها الكامل وغير المشروط إلى جانب الشعب الفلسطيني، كما تذكر بأن ما تصفه بعض وسائل الإعلام بغلاف غزة هو أرض فلسطينية ترزح تحت الاحتلال الصهيوني منذ عقود ومن حق الشعب الفلسطيني أن يستعيدها وأن يستعيد كل أرض فلسطين، ومن حقه أيضا أن يقيم دولته المستقلة عليها وعاصمتها القدس الشريف أولى القبلتين وثالث الحرمين الشريفين.

كما تدعو تونس كل الضمائر الحية في العالم إلى الوقوف إلى جانب الشعب الفلسطيني، وأن تتذكر المذابح التي قام بها العدو الصهيوني في حق شعبنا العربي في فلسطين بل وفي حق الأمة كلها.

وعلى العالم كله ألا يتناسى مذابح العدوّ في الدوايمة وبلدة الشيخ ودير ياسين وكفر قاسم وخان يونس والمسجد الأقصى والحرم الإبراهيمي وغيرها، وعليه ألا يتناسى أيضا مئات الآلاف من الذين هُجّروا من ديارهم وسُلبت منهم أراضيهم، عليهم أن يتذكروا هذه التواريخ وعليهم أن يعترفوا بحق المقاومة المشروعة للاحتلال ولا يعتبرون هذه المقاومة اعتداء وتصعيدا.

كما تدعو تونس المجتمع الدولي إلى تحمل مسؤولياته التاريخية لوضع حد للاحتلال الغاشم لكل فلسطين ولإمعان قوات الاحتلال الصهيوني في انتهاك حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني في تحد كامل لكل الشرائع الدينية والقيم الإنسانية.

استقبل رئيس الجمهورية قيس سعيّد، ظهر اليوم الخميس 5 أكتوبر 2023 بقصر قرطاج، السيّد نبيل عمّار، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج.

وتطرق اللقاء إلى ضرورة استكمال الحركة الدبلوماسية والقنصلية في أقرب الآجال، وإلى ضرورة أن تتحمل السفارات والقنصليات مسؤولياتها كاملة في تمثيل تونس أحسن تمثيل والدفاع عن مصالحها وتقديم أفضل الخدمات للمواطنين في الخارج.

كما تناول اللقاء علاقات بلادنا مع محيطها الإقليمي والدولي حيث أكّد رئيس الجمهورية على أن تونس تتمسك بسيادتها ولن ترضخ لأي ضغط لأن سيادة الدولة فوق كل اعتبار، كما لن تتعامل إلا الندّ للندّ مع الشركاء في إطار الاحترام المتبادل.

تمّ اليوم تسجيل جزيرة جربة "شاهد على نمط إعمار في مجال ترابي جزيري" على لائحة التراث الثقافي والطبيعي العالمي، وذلك خلال الدورة 45 للجنة التراث العالمي التابعة لمنظمة #اليونسكو والتي انطلقت بالرياض من 10 سبتمبر وتتواصل أشغالها إلى غاية 25 سبتمبر 2023.

ويمثّل تسجيل على لائحة التراث الثقافي والطبيعي العالمي اعترافا دوليا بقيمتها العالمية الاستثنائية ولا سيما بنمط الإعمار الفريد الذي تمّ تطويره بين القرنين العاشر والثامن عشر من قبل مجتمعات ثقافية ودينية متنوّعة، وساهم بشكل كبير في تكريس قيم التسامح والتعايش بين الأديان التي تميّز الجزيرة.

وبهذا التسجيل تعدّ تونس تسعة معالم مدرجة على لائحة التراث العالمي لليونسكو لتشكّل جزءا من التراث المشترك للإنسانية وهي: مدينة #تونس العتيقة وموقع #قرطاج الأثري ومدرج #الجمّ الروماني ومحمية #إشكل الوطنية ومدينة #كركوان البونيقية ومدينة #سوسة العتيقة و #القيروان وموقع #دقة الأثري بالإضافة إلى جزيرة #جربة.

وتعرب الجمهورية التونسية، بهذه المناسبة، عن فائق شكرها وامتنانها للدول الشقيقة والصديقة الأعضاء بلجنة التراث العالمي على دعمها لتسجيل جزيرة #جربة وتجدّد التزامها بمواصلة المساهمة الفاعلة في المحافظة على التراث الثقافي والطبيعي للإنسانية.

L’Ile de «Témoignage d'un Mode d’Occupation d’un Territoire Insulaire» a été inscrite aujourd’hui sur la liste du Patrimoine Mondial Culturel et Naturel, et ce à l’occasion de la 45ème du Comité du Patrimoine Mondial de l’ , dont les travaux ont commencé à le10 septembre et se poursuivront jusqu'au 25 septembre 2023.

L'inscription de l'île de sur la témoigne de la reconnaissance internationale de la Valeur Universelle Exceptionnelle de l’Ile et, en particulier, son style unique de mode d’occupation développé entre le Xe et le XVIIIe siècle par diverses communautés de cultures et de confessions différentes et qui a contribué de manière notoire à la consécration des valeurs de tolérance et de coexistence entre les religions qui caractérisent l'île.

La compte, désormais, neuf sites inscrits sur la Liste du Patrimoine Mondial de l'UNESCO à savoir : la de Tunis, le site archéologique de , l'amphithéâtre romain d' , le Park National d’ , la cité punique de et sa Nécropole, la Médina de , , le site archéologique de et l’Ile de .

La République tunisienne tient à exprimer ses plus vifs remerciements et sa gratitude aux pays frères et amis membres du Comité du Patrimoine Mondial pour leur précieux appui à l'inscription de l'île de Djerba et réitère son engagement ferme pour continuer à contribuer efficacement à la protection et la préservation du Patrimoine Culturel et Naturel de l'Humanité.

The Island heritage “Testimony of an insular Territory’s Land Use” was inscribed today, on the list of , on the occasion of the 45th session of World Heritage Committee, taking place in Riyadh from September 10th to 25th, 2023.

The inscription of Djerba on the World Heritage List is a testimony of the recognition of the International Community of the Island’s Outstanding Universal Value, particularly its unique land use style developed between the 10th and the 18th centuries by various communities of different cultures and religions, contributing significantly to the values of tolerance and coexistence that characterize the island.

Today, nine (09) Tunisian sites are inscribed on the List: of Tunis, the archaeological site of , the Roman amphitheater of , the National Park of , the Punic city of and its Necropolis, the Medina of , , the archaeological site of and the Island of .

The Republic of Tunisia would like to express its warmest thanks and gratitude to the brotherly and friendly countries members of the World Heritage Committee for their valuable support to the inscription of the island of Djerba and reiterates its firm commitment to go on contributing effectively to the preservation of the Cultural and Natural Heritage of Humanity.

يترأّس السيّد نبيل عمّار، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج، الوفد التونسي المشارك في أشغال الدورة العادية 160 لمجلس جامعة الدول العربية على المستوى الوزاري، المقرّر عقده بالقاهرة، يوم 06 سبتمبر 2023.
وسيتناول وزراء الخارجية العرب بالبحث مستجدّات الأوضاع في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلّة، وتطوّرات الأحداث في جمهورية السودان، إلى جانب أبرز قضايا الأمن القومي العربي والعلاقات العربية مع التجمّعات والتكتّلات الإقليمية والدولية.
كما سيشارك السيّد نبيل عمّار في أشغال الدورة الثالثة للاجتماع الوزاري للحوار السياسي العربي الياباني، ليوم 05 سبتمبر 2023، للنظر في سبل تعزيز علاقات التعاون والشراكة بين الدول العربية واليابان، والارتقاء بها تحقيقا للمصالح المشتركة.
وستكون هذه الاستحقاقات مناسبة لترتيب لقاءات ثنائية مع عدد من وزراء الخارجية المشاركين فيها، لبحث العلاقات الثنائية وتبادل وجهات النظر حول مستجدّات الأوضاع إقليميا ودوليا.

ترأس رئيس الجمهورية قيس سعيّد، صباح اليوم الإثنين 21 أوت 2023 بقصر قرطاج، جلسة عمل حضرها كل من السيد أحمد الحشاني، رئيس الحكومة، والسيّدة والسادة مصطفى الفرجاني، الوزير المستشار لدى رئيس الجمهورية، وعلي المرابط، وزير الصحة، وسارة الزعفراني الزنزري ، وزيرة التجهيز والإسكان، وعبد الرؤوف عطاء الله، المستشار أول لدى رئيس الجمهورية مكلف بالأمن القومي، ومحمد بورقيبة، والي القيروان، ورجب عرعود، الرئيس المدير العام للوكالة العقارية للسكنى.

وتناول الاجتماع الأسباب التي وقفت حائلا أمام إنجاز مشروع مستشفى الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز خادم الحرمين الشريفين بمدينة القيروان.

وأشار رئيس الجمهورية إلى أن هذا التأخير فضلا عن أنه يمس بمصداقية الدولة التونسية، حرم الكثير من المواطنين من حقهم المشروع في الصحة والعلاج. كما أكد على أن التعلل بالدراسات وبالجوانب الفنية وغيرها من الأسباب الواهية ليس مبررا على الإطلاق، ولا يمكن القبول تحت أي مبرر كان باستمرار الدراسات منذ سنة 2017 إلى اليوم، فالأموال مرصودة ولكن كلما تم إنجاز دراسة إلا ووقع استبدالها بدراسة ثانية لتليها أخرى ثالثة ولا أثر في الواقع لأي إنجاز.

كما تم التعرض لعدد من المشاريع الأخرى التي تمت بالتعاون مع عدد من الدول الشقيقة والصديقة وتم إنجازها بالكامل ولكنها بقيت مغلقة بحجة الربط بشبكات توزيع الماء أو الكهرباء أو التطهير.

وشدّد رئيس الجمهورية على ضرورة الإسراع في تنفيذ عدد من المشاريع ومحاسبة كل من يعمل على تعطيل إنجازها سواء داخل مؤسسات الدولة أو من جماعات الضغط التي تعتبر المرافق العمومية خطرا يتهددها أو يمسّ بمصالحها.

في إطار العناية الموصولة لسيادة رئيس الجمهوريّة بالجالية التونسيّة بالخارج وبتحسين الخدمات القنصليّة المقدّمة لها، وخاصّة منها إصدار جوازات السفر وتجديدها، انعقد اليوم، 21 أوت 2023، بمقرّ وزارة الداخليّة، اجتماع مشترك بين السيّد كمال الفقي، وزير الدّاخليّة، والسيّد نبيل عمّار، وزير الشؤون الخارجيّة والهجرة والتونسيّين بالخارج، حضره سامي إطارات الوزارتين.
واتّفق الوزيران، بهذه المناسبة، على اتّخاذ الإجراءات الكفيلة بتجاوز بعض الصّعوبات الترتيبيّة والماديّة القائمة، إضافة إلى تعزيز التنسيق والتواصل بين البعثات الدبلوماسيّة والقنصليّة التونسيّة بالخارج ومصالح وزارة الدّاخليّة لتأمين الاستجابة السّريعة لمطالب وحاجيات أبناء تونس بالخارج.

في الوقت الذي تتطلع فيه تونس مع أشقائها في ليبيا إلى التوصل الى حل سياسي ليبي- ليبي دون أي تدخل خارجي، تتسارع الأحداث وتتجدد الإشتباكات المسلحة في العاصمة الليبية طرابلس، وهو ما يزيد في تعقيد الأوضاع فضلا عن سقوط ضحايا وغياب الأمن والإستقرار الذين تنشدهما تونس، كما ينشدهما الشعب الليبي الشقيق.

إنّ تونس المتمسكة بضرورة إيجاد حل ليبي نابع من إرادة الشعب، تعرب عن عميق إنشغالها بهذه التطورات المؤسفة وتدعو إلى تغليب لغة الحوار والتوصل إلى حل سلمي في أقرب الأوقات يسهم في تعزيز مقومات الأمن لا في ليبيا فحسب بل في المنطقة كلها.

Au moment où la Tunisie et ses frères libyens attendent avec impatience de parvenir à une solution politique libyo-libyenne sans aucune ingérence extérieure, les événements s'accélèrent et les affrontements armés se renouvellent dans la capitale libyenne, Tripoli. Cela complique encore la situation, en plus des pertes humaines et de l'absence de sécurité et de stabilité auxquelles la Tunisie aspire et qui sont également recherchées par le peuple libyen frère.

La Tunisie, qui adhère à la nécessité de trouver une solution libyenne issue de la volonté du peuple, exprime sa profonde préoccupation face à ces développements malheureux et appelle à la primauté du dialogue et à la recherche d'une solution pacifique dans les meilleurs délais, de nature à contribuer au renforcement de la sécurité, non seulement en Libye, mais aussi dans toute la région.

At a time when Tunisia and its brothers in Libya are looking forward to reaching a Libyan-Libyan political solution without any external interference, events are accelerating and armed clashes are renewing in the Libyan capital, Tripoli. This further complicates the situation, in addition to the casualties and the absence of security and stability that Tunisia seeks and which are also chanted by the brotherly Libyan people.

Tunisia, which adheres to the need to find a Libyan solution that stems from the will of the people, expresses its deep concern over these unfortunate developments and calls for the primacy of the language of dialogue and reaching a peaceful solution as soon as possible that contributes to strengthening security, not only in Libya, but in the entire region.

على إثر التّقارير والبيانات الصّادرة عن منظّمات دوليّة وعدد من وسائل الاعلام بشأن تعامُل السّلطات التّونسيّة في مواجهة تزايد التدفقات غير المسبوقة ووضعيّة المُهاجرين غير النّظاميّين، يَهمّ وزارة الشؤون الخارجيّة والهجرة والتّونسيّين بالخارج أن تُوضّح ما يلي:

- تدين تونس وتجدد التعبير عن رفضها القاطع للمُغالطات والشّائعات التي اتّخذت شكل حملات مُغرضة تقف وراءها أطرافٌ تسعى الى تأجيج الوضع، والتّغطية على الجُهود التي تبذُلها الدّولة التّونسيّة لتأمين الحماية والاحاطة والرّعاية لهؤلاء المُهاجرين، علاوة عن محاولة المسّ بصورة تونس ومصالحها.

- تواصل تونس اتّخاذ كُلّ التّدابير اللاّزمة لحماية حُدودها البريّة والبحريّة ومنع أيّ محاولات لعُبورها بصفة غير قانونيّة. وتجدّد التأكيد على أنّها لن تكون دولة عُبور ولا توطين للمُهاجرين غير النظاميّين مع التزامها باحترام جميع الاتّفاقيّات والصّكوك والمواثيق الدّوليّة والإقليمية المُنظّمة للهجرة وقواعد القانون الدّولي الإنساني.

- تحرص السلطات التونسية على حسن معاملة المهاجرين والتصدي لأي تجاوزات فردية قد تحدث، كما أنها
لم تدّخر جُهدًا، بمُساعدة جمعيّة الهلال الأحمر التّونسي، لتوفير جميع الاحتياجات الضّروريّة لهؤلاء المهاجرين وتأمين الرّعاية الطّبيّة اللاّزمة لهم وتمكينهم من ربط الصّلة بعائلاتهم في بلدانهم الأصليّة.

- تدعُو تونس المنظّمات الأمميّة ذات الاختصاص إلى الاضطلاع بدورها بكل مسؤولية في عمليات الإغاثة وتأمين الاحتياجات الأساسيّة في ظلّ هذا التّدفّق غير المسبوق للمُهاجرين، وعدم الاكتفاء بإصدار بيانات للإعراب عن "استعدادها لتقديم الدّعم للسّلطات التّونسيّة لإيجاد حلول إنسانيّة لمُعاناة المهاجرين غير النظاميين".

- تُجدّد تونس دعوتها الى التّعاطي مع مسألة الهجرة غير النّظامّية وتحدّياتها في إطار مقاربة جماعيّة وشاملة باعتبارها ظاهرة عابرة للحُدود. كما تدعُو الى تجنّب المغالطات وتغذية الشائعات واستغلال وضعيّة هؤلاء المهجّرين، ضحايا شبكات الجريمة المنظمة والاتجّار بالبشر، لغايات معلومة ومرفوضة، والعمل على حشد الجهود الدّولية للتصدّي لهذه التّنظيمات الاجراميّة.

A la suite de certains rapports et déclarations émanant d'organisations internationales et de médias concernant la gestion par les autorités tunisiennes pour faire face à l'augmentation, sans précédent, des flux de migrants irréguliers et de leur situation, le Ministère des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens de l'Etranger communique ce qui suit :

- La Tunisie condamne et renouvelle son rejet catégorique de cette campagne de désinformation malveillante et de propagation de rumeurs menées par des parties connues qui enveniment ainsi la situation et ignorent à dessin les efforts déployés par les autorités tunisiennes, visant à assurer la protection, la sécurité et la prise en charge de ces immigrés, tout en portant atteinte à l'image et aux intérêts de la Tunisie.

- La Tunisie continuera de prendre toutes les mesures légitimes nécessaires pour protéger ses frontières terrestres et maritimes et prévenir toute tentative de leur franchissement illégal. Elle réaffirme qu'elle ne sera ni un pays de transit ni un pays d'établissement au profit des migrants irréguliers, tout en respectant toutes ses obligations internationales en matière de migration et de droit humanitaire, où elle n’a de leçons à recevoir d’aucune partie étrangère, et ce, en continuant à prévenir tout acte abusif individuel qui pourrait survenir contre les migrants.

- En coordination avec le Croissant-Rouge tunisien, les autorités tunisiennes n’ont ménagé aucun effort pour subvenir aux besoins des migrants, en leur apportant les soins médicaux nécessaires, pour leur permettre de rejoindre leur pays d'origine.

- La Tunisie appelle les organisations onusiennes spécialisées à assumer pleinement leur rôle, celui de venir au secours de ces migrants victimes et d’assurer leurs besoins fondamentaux en réponse à cet afflux migratoire sans précédent, au lieu de se limiter à publier des communiqués exprimant « leur disposition à apporter un soutien aux autorités tunisiennes pour trouver des solutions humaines à la souffrance des migrants irréguliers ».

- La Tunisie renouvelle son appel à traiter la question de la migration irrégulière et ses défis dans le cadre d'une approche collective et globale, sachant qu’il s'agit d'un phénomène transnational. Elle appelle aussi à éviter la désinformation, l’alimentation des rumeurs et l’exploitation de la situation de ces personnes déplacées, victimes des réseaux du crime organisé et de la traite des êtres humains, à des fins condamnables bien connues, et à œuvrer à la mobilisation effective des efforts internationaux pour faire face aux organisations criminelles impliquées dans ce trafic inhumain.

Following the reports and statements made by international organizations and several media concerning the Tunisian authorities' handling of the unprecedented increase in the flow of irregular migrants and their situation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad would like to clarify the following:

- Tunisia condemns and reiterates its categorical rejection of the misinformation and rumors that have taken the form of malicious campaigns led by parties seeking to poison the situation and conceal the efforts made by Tunisia, to ensure the protection, security and care of these migrants, aiming at harming Tunisia's image and interests.

- Tunisia has undertaken and continues to take all necessary measures to protect its land and sea borders and prevent any attempt to cross them illegally. It reaffirms that it will not be a country of transit or settlement for irregular migrants, and is committed to respecting all international and regional conventions, instruments and pacts regulating migration, as well as the rules of international humanitarian Law.

- The Tunisian authorities are also keen to treat migrants well, and to combat any individual abuses that may occur. In coordination with the Tunisian Red Crescent, the authorities have spared no effort to meet all migrants needs, providing them with the necessary medical care, and enabling them to rejoin their families in their country of origin.

- Tunisia calls on the specialized UN organizations to fully assume their role, that of coming to the aid of these migrants and providing for their basic needs, in the middle of this unprecedented migratory influx, instead of limiting themselves to issuing communiqués expressing "their readiness to support the Tunisian authorities in finding humanitarian solutions to irregular migrants sufferings".

- Tunisia reiterates its call for a collective and global approach to the issue of irregular migration and its challenges, being a transnational phenomenon. It also calls for avoiding misinformation, rumors feeding and the exploitation of the situation of these displaced people, victims of organized crime networks and human trafficking, for well-known and rejected ends, and for the mobilization of international efforts to combat these criminal organizations.

خلال مأدبة غداء نظّمها وزير الخارجية الروسي، سيرغي لافروف، على شرف رؤساء الوفود الافريقية المشاركة في المنتدى الاقتصادي والإنساني المنعقد في سان بطرسبرغ اليوم 27 جويلية 2023، تحادث السيد نبيل عمّار، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج مع نظيره الروسي حول النهوض بالعلاقات الثنائية وتكثيف التعاون في جميع المجالات واستعادة نسق الزيارات رفيعة المستوى والعمل على تنظيم الدورة الثامنة للجنة الحكومية المشتركة في أقرب الاجال الممكنة.

كما تطرق السيد الوزير إلى بحث إمكانية استيراد الحبوب والاسمدة الروسية في هذه الظروف الصعبة بأفضل الشروط. وعند تدخله أثناء مأدبة الغداء، اكّد السيد الوزير على أهمية احترام سيادة الدول ودعم وضمان المساواة بينها مشيرا إلى العمل المشترك دون إقصاء من أجل دعم العلاقات الإنسانية واستنباط مقاربات وآليات جديدة.

ويشار إلى أنّ الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين شدّد خلال مداخلته في افتتاحية المنتدى على عزم روسيا تكثيف تعاونها مع البلدان الإفريقية وخاصة في المجال الزراعي وتوفير المواد الغذائية في نطاق المساعدة والمعونة الإنسانية.

Lors d'un déjeuner de travail organisé par le Ministre russe des Affaires Etrangères, Sergueï Lavrov, en l'honneur des chefs des délégations africaines participant au Forum économique et humanitaire qui s'est tenu à Saint Petersbourg aujourd'hui 27 juillet 2023, M. Nabil Ammar,
Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l'Etranger, a passé en r***e avec son homologue russe l'état des relations bilatérales et les moyens de développer la coopération dans tous les domaines et ce à travers la multiplication des visites de haut niveau, et en œuvrant à l'organisation de la huitième session de la Commission Mixte dans les meilleurs délais.
Le Ministre a également abordé avec son homologue la possibilité d'importer des céréales et des engrais russes dans les meilleures conditions.

Dans son intervention lors du déjeuner, le Ministre a souligné l'importance de respecter la souveraineté des États et de veiller au principe d'égalité. il a plaidé pour davantage d'efforts communs sans exclusion afin de soutenir les relations humaines en explorant de nouvelles approches et mécanismes.

Il est à signaler que le Président russe Vladimir Poutine a souligné, lors de son intervention à l'ouverture du forum, la détermination de la Russie à intensifier sa coopération avec les pays africains, notamment dans le domaine de l'agriculture et de l'approvisionnement en denrées alimentaires dans le cadre de l'aide et de l'assistance humanitaires.

During a working lunch organized by the Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov, in honor of the heads of African delegations participating in the Economic and Humanitarian Forum held in Saint Petersburg today, July 27, 2023, Mr. Nabil Ammar, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, exchanged with his Russian counterpart about the advancement of bilateral relations and the intensification of cooperation in all fields through restoring the pattern of high-level visits, and working to organize the eighth session of the Intergovernmental Committee as soon as possible. The Minister also spoke about the possibility of importing Russian grains and fertilizers in these difficult circumstances under the best conditions.

Upon his intervention during the luncheon, the Minister stressed the importance of respecting the sovereignty of states and supporting and ensuring equality between them, referring to joint work without exclusion in order to support human relations and find new approaches and mechanisms.

It is noteworthy that Russian President Vladimir Putin stressed, during his intervention at the opening of the forum, Russia's determination to intensify its cooperation with African countries, especially in the field of agriculture and the provision of foodstuffs within the framework of humanitarian aid and assistance.

Tunisian Foreign Minister Nabil Ammar spoke to The Washington Post on issues ranging from attacks on migrants from sub-Saharan Africa to concerns about the state of Tunisian democracy.

تُدين تونس بشدّة العمليات العسكرية والاعتداءات المُتكررة التي يقوم بها الكيان المُحتلّ في الأراضي الفلسطينية وبالخصوص بمدينة جنين ومُخيّمها بالضفة الغربية والتي خلّفت عددا من الشهداء وإصابة العشرات من الفلسطينيين العزّل، وذلك في خرق فاضح لقرارات الشرعية الدولية، ولكافة الأعراف الدولية ومواثيق حقوق الإنسان.

وتُعرب تونس مُجدّدا عن رفضها القاطع للاعتداءات الوحشية والمُمارسات المُمنهجة لسلطة الاحتلال في حق الشعب الفلسطيني الشقيق، وتدعو المجتمع الدولي ومجلس الأمن الدولي إلى تحمّل مسؤوليتهما إزاء المظلمة المُتواصلة عليه ووضع حدّ للخطوات التصعيدية الخطيرة لقوات الاحتلال الغاشم ومنعه من التصرف كقوّة فوق المحاسبة وفوق المواثيق الأممية.

وتُجدّد تونس وقوفها الدائم في صف الشعب الفلسطيني الأبيّ من أجل استعادة حقوقه المشروعة التي لن تسقط بالتّقادم، وإقامة دولته المستقلّة على أرضه وعاصمتها القدس الشريف.

La Tunisie condamne fermement les agressions militaires et les attaques répétées menées par la force occupante dans les territoires palestiniens, en particulier la ville de Jénine et son camp en Cisjordanie, qui en ont causé des martyrs et des dizaines de blessés parmi les Palestiniens non armés, en violation flagrante des résolutions de la l'égalité internationale et de toutes les règles internationales.

La Tunisie réitère son rejet catégorique des attaques brutales et des pratiques systématiques de la force occupante contre le peuple palestinien frère, et appelle la communauté internationale et le Conseil de sécurité de l'ONU à assumer leur responsabilité pour mettre fin aux dangereuses escalades par ces forces brutales et à les empêcher d'agir en tant qu’entité qui transcende les lois et les réglementations internationaux.

La Tunisie renouvelle sa position constante de soutien au peuple palestinien frère afin qu'il rétablisse ses droits légitimes , et instaurer son État indépendant sur ses terres avec Al-Quds Al-Sharif comme capitale.

Tunisia strongly condemns the military aggressions and the repeated attacks carried out by the occupying force in the Palestinian territories, in particular the city of Jenin and its camp in the West Bank, which have caused martyrs and dozens of wounded among the unarmed Palestinians, in flagrant violation of international resolutions and all international rules.

Tunisia reiterates its categorical rejection of the brutal attacks and systematic practices of the occupying force against the brotherly Palestinian people, and calls on the international community and the United Nations Security Council to assume their responsibility to put an end to the dangerous escalations by these brutal forces and prevent them from acting as an entity that transcends international laws and rules.

Tunisia renews its constant position of supporting the brotherly Palestinian people so that they restore their legitimate rights and establish their independent state on their lands with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.

تُعربُ تُونس عن رفضها القاطع للبيان الذي صَدَر عن المُفوّضيّة السّامية لحُقوق الانسان بتاريخ اليوم 23 جوان 2023.

وكان حَرِيًّا بالمفوّضيّة السّامية لحُقوق الانسان، باعتبارها جِهَة أمميّة مَحمولٌ عليها واجب الحياد، تحرّي الدّقّة والموضوعيّة قبل إصدار مواقف مُجافية للواقع.

وتُجدّدُ تُونس التّأكيد على أنّ حرّيّة الرأي والتّعبير مكفولةٌ بنصّ الدّستور ومُكرّسةٌ في الواقع، وأنّ التتبّعات القضائيّة والإيقافات التي يُشير إليها البيان تمّت استنادًا إلى أفعال يُجرّمها القانون التونسي ولا علاقة لها بمُمارسة حرّيّة الرّأي والتّعبير، وَجَرَتْ في إطار الاحترام الكامل للضّمانات القانونيّة والإجراءات الجاري بها العمل في تونس. وهي تؤكّدُ كذلك على أنّ التّونسيين لا ينتظرُون من أيّ جهةٍ كانت تقييمًا لوَضعها الدّاخلي ولكيفيّة تطبيقها لتشريعها الوطني.

وتدعُو تُونس شركائها وكُلّ الأطراف إلى احترام إرادة واختيارات الشعب التّونسي وتطلّعاته للإصلاح والعدالة والامتناع عن مُحاولات التّدخّل في شؤونها الدّاخليّة والتّأثير على سير القضاء فيها.

La Tunisie exprime son rejet catégorique de la déclaration du Haut-Commissariat aux Droits de l'Homme, publiée ce jour, 23 juin 2023.

En tant qu'organe des Nations Unies, tenu par le devoir d'impartialité, le HCDH aurait dû s'assurer des critères d'exactitude et d'objectivité avant d'exprimer des positions n'ayant aucun rapport avec la réalité.

La Tunisie réaffirme que la liberté d'opinion et d'expression est garantie par le texte de la constitution et consacrée dans la réalité et que les poursuites judiciaires et les arrestations évoquées dans le communiqué étaient fondées sur des actes incriminés par la législation tunisienne et n'ont rien à voir avec l'exercice de la liberté d'opinion et d'expression, et qu'elles ont été décidées dans le plein respect des garanties légales et des procédures en vigueur.

Elle affirme également que les Tunisiens n'attendent d'aucune partie une évaluation de sa situation interne et de la manière dont elle applique sa législation nationale.

La Tunisie appelle ses partenaires et toutes les parties à respecter la volonté et les choix du peuple tunisien ainsi que ses aspirations à la réforme et à la justice, et à s'abstenir de toute tentative d'ingérence dans ses affaires intérieures et d'influence sur son système judiciaire.

Tunisia expresses its total rejection of the statement issued today, June 23, 2023, by the High Commissioner for Human rights.

As a UN body bound by the principle of impartiality, the OHCHR should have given due attention to accuracy and objectivity prerequisites before expressing positions that have no relation with reality.

Tunisia reaffirms that freedom of opinion and expression is guaranteed by the Constitution and enshrined in reality, and that the judicial investigations and arrests mentioned in the statement were carried out following criminal offenses according to Tunisian law and have nothing to do with the exercise of freedom of opinion and expression and took place in the full respect of legal guarantees and applicable procedures.

It also affirms that Tunisians do not expect from any party to assess its internal situation and how it applies its national legislation.

Tunisia calls upon its partners and all parties to respect the will and choices of the Tunisian people as well as their aspirations for reform and justice, and to refrain from interfering in its internal affairs and influencing the proceedings of its judiciary system.

تُدين تونس بشدة عمليات إطلاق النار والغارات الجوية التي تشنّها قوات الاحتلال الغاشم على مدينة جنين ومُخيّمها بالضفة الغربية المُحتلّة، والتي أسفرت عن سقوط عدد من الشهداء الفلسطينيين والجرحى في صفوف المدنيين العزّل.

وتدعو تونس المجموعة الدولية إلى تحمّل مسؤوليتها القانونية والأخلاقية إزاء الشعب الفلسطيني، والإيقاف الفوري لهذا العدوان المُتكرّر والمُمنهج، وإلزام قوات الاحتلال بوقف انتهاكاتها السافرة وحملها على احترام قرارات الشرعيّة الدولية.

وتُعرب تونس مُجدّدا عن تضامنها الكامل مع الشعب الفلسطيني الشقيق، ودعمها الثابت له في الدفاع عن قضيته العادلة من أجل استرداد حقوقه المشروعة كاملة، وفي مقدّمتها حقّه في تقرير المصير وإقامة دولته المستقلة وعاصمتها القدس الشريف.

La Tunisie condamne fermement les tirs et les raids aériens lancés par les forces d'occupation brutales sur la ville de Djénine et son camp en Cisjordanie occupée, qui ont fait un certain nombre de martyrs palestiniens et de blessés parmi les civils non armés.

La Tunisie appelle la communauté internationale à assumer sa responsabilité juridique et morale envers le peuple palestinien, à cesser immédiatement cette agression répétée et systématique, et à obliger les forces d'occupation à cesser leurs violations flagrantes et à les contraindre à respecter les résolutions de la légitimité internationale.

La Tunisie exprime une fois de plus son entière solidarité avec le peuple palestinien frère et son soutien indéfectible dans la défense de sa juste cause afin de recouvrer pleinement ses droits légitimes, au premier rang desquels son droit à l'autodétermination et à l'établissement de son État indépendant avec Jerusalem comme capitale

Tunisia strongly condemns the firing and air raids launched by the brutal occupying forces on the town of Jenin and its camp in the occupied West Bank, which have resulted in a number of Palestinian martyrs and wounded among unarmed civilians.

Tunisia calls on the international community to assume its legal and moral responsibility towards the Palestinian people, to immediately cease this repeated and systematic aggression, and to force the occupying forces to cease their flagrant violations and compel them to respect international legitimacy.

Tunisia once again expresses its full solidarity with the brotherly Palestinian people and its unwavering support in defending their just cause in order to fully recover their legitimate rights, foremost among which is their right to self-determination and the establishment of their independent State with Jerusalem as its Capital.
