Moses led Israel to the promised land according to what the LORD commanded HIM. But the people were full of complaints and they don't trust the LORD. Ang mga tawung bagulbulan, rebelde, masupilon wala kaabot sa yutang saad. Ang inadlaw ra unta nga lakaw nahimong 40 years and they died in the way in the wrath of LORD.

Our LORD, our GOD IS A FAITHFUL GOD. HE would certainly do everything HE had promised IF and only IF we would not disobey HIM. ☝

In the book of the old testament, the law is very strict, all the sacrifices must be perfect. We must understand why in the New Testament GOD sent HIS only Son as an offering for our sins, because JESUS IS THE ONLY ONE WITHOUT DEFECT.
Believe in JESUS, no one comes to the FATHER without going through HIM.✝️

My Mother was the stricter parent when we were growing up. And the parent we spent most of our time with. We went where she went, knew who she knew and had her take us to where we needed to be - like a friend's birthday party, or social occasion. Sometimes we knew where we were going, other times we just stood there as our older cousin dressed us up and prepared us to go out with Mummy.

This one time, as we walked down the street linking our house to the road where we'd get a cab, my curiosity got the better of me and I tucked at my mother's dress.

"What is it?" She asked.

"Mummy, where are we going?"

She looked past me, back to the road and did not answer. We walked a few more steps and I asked again.

"I am your mother, I cannot sell you. I'm not going to take you to a place that will harm you. When we get there, you'll know. Don't disturb me."

Maybe she picked panic from my voice. Or maybe she was just being a typical Nigerian Mum🤣. But her statement came to mind this morning as I looked at the days ahead.

"Dear Abba, where are we going? Where is my life headed? What is the end? What will happen tomorrow?"

ABBA's response is the same as my Mum's "My plans for you are of good and not of evil."

So I place my hand in His, and choose to rest in His goodness as I follow His leading day after day.

What a great morning to be reminded.

Sa mga panahon nga kaundagon ko, nakakita gihapon ko og hayag sa adlaw, pahinumdom nga naa gihapoy paglaum luyo sa tanan nga nasagubang ug sagubangon nako. Ug nasayod ko nga Ikaw to, Ginoo nga nagpahinumdom ato.

Lord, It was You. Who rescued me from great despair. Who found me when I'm lost. Who saved me from being drowned. Who comfort me from being broken. It was You, Lord. It was You.

Thank you Lord!

There's nothing little about the light I carry. Because my light is Christ. There's nothing insignificant about the life I live. Because the life I live is Christ's.

He's shinning through me, living through me, leading through me. In Him I live and move and have my BEing and without Him I have no BEing. I simply cannot BE.

I was born a nobody. I had no light and no true life. I had no significance but all of that has changed.

Christ is the difference.
My life has meaning.
My days have weight.
My Presence makes a difference, and my words cause change.
My existence is so important that years after I'm gone, tales of me will be retold.

I have the Eternal One living on my inside and eternity flows through my veins.
God sits wear I sit.
He goes wear I go.
He meets who I meet, and He makes lives better. And because His Excellency lives in me, I am an eternal excellency and a joy to many generations (Isaiah 60:15)

No, my life is not insignificant neither is my light small. So this great Light of mine, I'm 'gonna' let it shine. That men may see my good works and glorify my Father in Heaven. (Matthew 5:14)

I won't stop growing. I won't stop learning how to increase its flow, how to let my soul allow its expression. When I fall ill, I'll remind myself that I am the healed whose healing is being contended for. A person whose belly is full of the healing anointing and overflowing to others.

I won't let my personal failures stop me from learning, and growing and shinning brighter. I am THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD. A CITY SET ON A HILL.

My influence is unquenchable! My impact is weighty and my life is making a difference.

Sometimes the testimony is not that you were delivered from the fire but that you came out without being burnt, neither are you smelling of smoke.

Isn't it wonderful that we do not look or smell like the difficulties and setbacks we've been through?
I think that's a testimony too!
