My latest solo episode is out! In the episode, I pull back the curtain to reveal the behind the scenes work the goes on when I start a scope of work with a client.

I observe a lot in those early days of working with a client, especially looking out for what I call symptoms of dysfunction. I'm really proud of how this episode turned out and thank my amazing podcast producer, Steph George, for making me sound so good!

In our conversation, we talk about the tension of doing important work within organizations while also simultaneously wanting to burn it all to the ground, and how big impacts can come from the smallest changes.
