Hoping to be back soon recording episodes. In the meantime here are some baby laughs!
Starting to add in bits and pieces of movement and stretching when I can. It’s not a lot, but it’s better than nothing- and for now, it’s enough ♥️
What are your thoughts on the self care narrative for mothers? Is it helpful or harmful? Or a little bit of both? I find as a mom of three young kids self care is essential but not always possible. Sometimes not being able to care for myself feels like yet another failure in the unrealistic standards mothers are held to in our society. Would love to hear what you think! #thekidsyogapodcast
Thought I’d give you a step by step guide on how I publish a podcast episode! @libsyn @canva @patreon @youtube are just a few of the services I use. The process of publishing can be tedious but I’m starting to find a rhythm two years in (yes it took me that long!) #thekidsyogapodcast
🌈🌈Sound up and watch for double kids yoga gems from @mindfulmomentsforfamilies and @kiddingaroundyogawithkristi! Who has listened to their episode and subscribed to the Mindful Conversations with KAY podcast? #thekidsyogapodcast
Shout out to all the parents and caregivers who have to put on a brave face even when you’re terrified. I see you! ♥️
Sound up! Who’s listened to Episode 102 with @readandyoga? Love this gem. #thekidsyogapodcast
It’s a four second clip, but it says so much. 😍That’s me as a baby, my grandfather who I called Nonno, holding me in his arms. At any family gathering you could find Nonno hanging with and entertaining the kids. If connection with children is genetic, Nonno definitely passed that onto me. Hence the work I do here! Hope he’s proud in heaven! Love you Nonno!♥️

A theme I’ve seen throughout my interviews is the importance of finding the balance between having a plan and surrendering to the moment. Have you found this to be true in your teaching? #thekidsyogapodcast

✨Two years ago today I held my breath and clicked “publish” on the first ever episode of The Kids Yoga Podcast. I released that episode into the abyss, uncertain of who would listen (if anyone!) Because of all you listeners and supporters out there doing amazing work I kept on going, meeting so many talented, inspiring kids yoga professionals along the way. Thank you for being here for this journey! Love, Jessica ♥️ #thekidsyogapodcast

Falling more in love everyday. Thanks for the video mom!♥️
✨I love this gem! Kids learn by what we do, not what we say. Want your kids to practice yoga? Try practicing yoga yourself and see what happens. ❤️Who has listened to this week re release of my first conversation with SonJoria Sydnor? @blackkidsdoyoga #thekidsyogapodcast #blackkidsdoyoga
As Tom Petty said, “the waiting is the hardest part.” You were surely worth the wait sweet Jack.♥️
