Time for some accountability. Last year, I was down 100 lbs from my heaviest weight, after completing 75 Hard. Things were going great. Around October 2023, I got super busy with life, running a YouTube channel, etc.

In the last 9 months, I haven't tracked my food, haven't worked out consistently, and it shows. I'm up over 20 lbs, and feel it physically.
·
Time to reprioritize. Part of the reason I am making so many changes is to reprioritize my health. Hours spent on YouTube will now be spent getting healthy again. I'm focusing on short form content, no longer doing consultation services, and moving some of that time and priority to getting back to the gym and tracking my food.
·
I also entered the summer challenge! 56 days to get better, get back on track, and get back to where I was. Could also win $75,000, but I honestly don't care about that. My priority is getting better. 💯
·
I have and to keep me accountable, along with anyone here that cares enough to follow along! Gym posts will resume tomorrow, and most importantly - this will all help me get better!

Time for misplaced priorities and excuses is over. Time to get to work!
