I went from 203 to 137 faster than I though was possible. And, I'll never forget the look on my doctor's face when I walked into his office for my annual checkup.

opo, sadyang mataas. i maintain these standards because i recognize my value and understand how much i can give. i know the depth of love i can provide to someone who meets these standards. i’ve set my standards so high that only one particular man can meet them—and the best and biggest twist is, he surpasses them.

this man is my blueprint who guides me through the construction of my every plan. he’s like the sturdy roots of a great tree, always there to support me. in a world that often feels exhausting, he is my grounding point—the solid connection i can return to and relax, knowing i am protected—he is my home, my safe place.
