Loving some chipotle as a quick run-in on a rainy Saturday. Always keep these in my purse. The only people who giggle that I carry these around are my kids. And they laugh at me no matter what I do so there's that.😜

Some days we just don't fast as long. Listen to your body. I had blood work 💉🩸this morning. I had a heavy workout this am and I've already already crushed 88 ounces of water. I was ready to grub!!!! That's 3 eggs, a chicken breast, half an avocado, and some berries! Majority of my carbs come from fruit and vegetables, and there's nothing wrong with that. I've always been a fruit and veggie lover and I still am on low-carb. This meal came with whole wheat toast, and I just said ❌ the toast. I didn't even need the zero carb wraps that I always have with me. I am freaking pumped 💪🏼. How are you doing with your New Year's resolutions. Have you messaged me to get started?

🦎Watch out! Turn to your labels and read them. Don't assume all pickles are zero carbs. Don't assume anything! These are seven net carb for for little pickle chips🤯. I used to love these bad boys back in the day now I make sure I do zero or one net carb pickles!
