So I was inspired by my amazing friends Amy Dickens Devine & Sara Miranda to get back to some form of working out….. it’s be an on and off again struggle for me for a very long while now 🤦🏻‍♀️🤪 if you know me you know im not a reader and listening to books for someone reason just doesn’t keep my attention span either lol YES I know im crazy BUT Amy got me THE LET THEM THEORY by
Mel Robbins ……. It easily has my attention and gets me on my bike, it’s been a uplifting way to start my days 😃

Let them- You stop trying to control what someone else is doing. You make a conscious decision not to allow other people’s behavior bother you!

Let ME- You take responsibility for how you respond. This is where the power comes, self awareness, compassion, empowerment and personal responsibility.

I’m doing this for me, keeps coming to mind….. I missed my workout this morning so Dottie Mae and I took a walk outside this afternoon it was beautiful. I kept thinking keep going keep doing this for the people who can’t get up to walk, run or ride a bike just keep going keep showing up for yourself 🫶🏻

I’ve got a long way to go but for now I’m going to celebrate my week two of a goal set 4 days a week of something and dropping the excess 💪💪💪 Day 4 tomorrow!

The Mohave Sunrise Rotary Bingo Committee was proud to present a $15,500 check Wednesday morning to the Tri State Warriors Football and Cheer program. This was the second largest bingo check for the bingo program. All proceeds from every bingo event goes directly to that organization.

Hi there customer friends. Reaching out to you today to give you some news. We are looking for a buyer for our beloved La Tea Da’s. This has been a tough decision. We have loved every single minute and are so incredibly grateful for all the relationships we have made over the last three years. It’s time for someone with a fresh vision to step in and take La Tea Da’s to the next level. If a buyer emerges they can take over our current lease which has about 13 months left, otherwise we will continue until then. So, we are not going anywhere anytime soon, but wanted to let you know the direction we are heading. Big love to you all 💗

Who knew it could be such a cool adventure taking the boat up to EMERALD CAVE IN LAS VEGAS Emerald Cave, located along the Colorado River in the Black Canyon. Emerald Cave is a small but spectacular natural cave with spectacular green waters. You won’t want to miss the spectacular ride of the Emerald waters all the way to the Hoover Dam it a beautiful ride up with lots of wildlife along the way 🙌🏻 We got a little too excited when we reached the dam and brought some unwanted attention to ourselves…….. don’t worry we exited the area as fast as possible, when asked to leave. It’s absolutely breathtaking.
