So after a bit of research and trial and error, I found the best gym exercises that work for me and could work for you too…. I would recommend looking them up to get the proper form and remember not to go crazy with heavy weights…. Many you can do with just dumbbells or body weight, but having access to a bar, plated weights and adjustable cables at a gym would be great…. Here you go:
