Create Share Engage 2024: Watch session recordings on-demand

Create Share Engage 2024 was a one-day event for sports federations, leagues, associations, clubs and other rights owners - as well as broadcasters, agencies and producers - focusing on the creation and distribution of sports content, and engaging fans, across social media, streaming and other digital platforms.

BREAKING NEWS! EMG and Gravity Media have agreed a merger that will create a global production and broadcast services giant.

The new venture - which will be rebranded - will have significant global capability including more than 100 outside broadcast trucks and flypacks and 40 studios and production facilities across Europe, the Middle East, the US and Australia. The business will also have 30 offices across 12 countries, with some 2,000 permanent employees.

SVG Europe Women has released a series of educational videos called Behind the Lens that showcase what it is like to work in sports broadcasting.

Created in partnership with production company Aurora Media Worldwide and technical services providers NEP UK & Ireland and QTV, the free-to-watch videos are designed for children and young adults aged 11+ with the aim of increasing industry diversity and attracting new talent.

Sky Sports has converted two studio spaces at its Osterley campus in West London into a single flexible-use mixed-reality presentation studio that will be used for its flagship Monday Night Football (MNF) show as well as 2023 US Open tennis coverage and, in the future, other sports output.

The studio, which was designed and engineered in-house, includes four distinct physical spaces, an extensive LED floor and LED walls, AR and VR capabilities, and a BatCam wire cam system.

It will be used in anger for the first time during MNF tonight (14 August 2023) with pundits Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville doing pre-match, half-time, and post-match analysis of Manchester United vs Wolverhampton Wanderers.
