things to include in your !
it’s the first thing people see of your business and it may be the last thing people see of your business if it isn’t informative 👀
1. business function: no one is going to follow you if they don’t know what your business is/does. 🧐
2. location: if you’re an nyc restaurant, let the people know! or if you’re a small shop in nebraska, still let the people know! if you’re a service that only serves a particular city/area, that is also very important info. 🗺
3. services offered: what can people get out of your business? what’re you offering? hours: for restaurants especially, let people know when you’re open. ⏰
4. point of contact: for people that would rather write an email or pick up the phone, give ‘em that option. you can alternatively add a “call” or “email” button on your ig profile in settings. 📇

in order to really connect with customers, a restaurant’s social media account must be engaging, informative, and accessible.
restaurant accounts should be:
• consistently posting (posts + stories)
• engaging with their followers (asking them questions, posting polls on stories, sharing UGC)
• responding to dms in a timely manner
• keeping account info up to date (hours, address, special offerings)
• taking customer feedback into account & making necessary changes!

finally went to and it 1000% lived up to the hype. ordered every gluten-free item on the menu and none of them disappointed! best “sort of chinese” food in nyc. and it’s all vegan 🌱🤩

extremely jealous of anyone that lives in chelsea because ✨OPERATIONAL FALAFEL✨ just opened their first u.s. location there (they started in dubai) and the food is incredible.
they offer an authentic taste of middle eastern cuisine that we never truly experience in america. they prioritize the freshness of their ingredients (nothing is ever frozen, re-heated, etc.), their affordability and inclusivity to all classes, and their positive atmosphere that is welcoming to everyone. their physical space is very cute and all of their hummus and dessert items come in little glass jars that can be saved and reused. *i highly recommend their chocolate dessert if you like nutella it is delicious*
it’s definitely a new favorite fast-casual spot 🧆

the latest x shoot 🖤 luthun still has open reservations for mother’s day weekend so if you have been sleeping on mother’s day planning, book it up!! seriously one of the most enjoyable eating experiences. and since it’s a 10 course tasting menu with amazing chefs that you can watch prepare your food, it feels like a memorable experience, not just a meal.
