Pasko na naman....

Sasapit na naman ang pasko,
May mga nagluluksa pa ring puso,
Mga pilit na saya at ningning ng mga mata
Ngunit sa likod nito'y lungkot pag disyembre na.

May mga sugat na hindi kayang hilumin ng Pasko.
May dilim na ‘di kayang tanglawan ng makukulay na ilaw,
May mga matang di mapapahiran ng saya ng karoling,
may panlalamig na ‘di kayang pawiin ng mainit na tsaa at tsokolate.

Pag sasapit na ang disyembre, may maaalalang sakit ng puso na kailanma'y di maghihilom
Pagkawala ng Isa sa mahal sa buhay, ang syang tatak sa pusong may lumbay
Kahit ang mga awitin sa lumang cassette, di mapipigilan
Oh pasko'y sasapit na naman...

Maaari ka pa ring makasalubong ng mga matang may bakas ng magdamagang pagluha.
Mga sugat sa puso na hindi Basta Basta maghihilom kahit ilang kapaskuhan pa ang dadaan.
Mabigat ang ngiti, repleksyon ng bagaheng bitbit sa kalooban-looban.

Hindi lahat ay sabik sa buwan na ito.
Ang iba'y ipapaalala nito ang nagdaang kalungkutan, ang nagdaang kasawian
Iba -iba ang kwento, ngunit LAHAT ay nasasaktan.
Ang iba, gusto lang makaraos. Itatawid ang kahuli-hulihang pagtindig na kaya nila. Susubukang sumaya, hahanap ng pag-asa,
ngunit ‘di mawawala ang pagluluksa.
