👁 My life was an ever-unfolding tapestry of experiences - sometimes peaceful, sometimes chaotic, but always teeming with opportunities for growth. My art, my children, my passion for eastern philosophies, they all contributed to this evolving life story. However, there was a period when I found myself caught in a hamster wheel of repetitive patterns and stagnant growth.
💫 The same scenarios, the same reactions, the same outcomes, it felt as though I was living in a loop. The harder I tried to break free, the stronger the cycle seemed to pull me back in. I was stuck. The struggles seemed overwhelming, and I longed for a change.
✨ Then, amidst the confusion, a thought emerged, as if floating up from my subconscious: "I have two choices, evolve or repeat". It dawned on me that life was offering me a choice - to remain stuck in the familiar, repeating patterns, or to embrace the discomfort of growth and change.
👁 I dove back into the teachings of Eckhart Tolle and found comfort and guidance. He teaches that growth is a natural part of life, but it's not something we need to struggle or strive for. Instead, he encourages embracing the natural flow of life, accepting changes and challenges as they come, and allowing them to shape us, to evolve us.
This resonated deeply with me. I realised I had been resisting the flow of life, trying to control and force growth instead of letting life naturally guide me.
Embracing this wisdom, I started to let go of my resistance, allowing life to unfold naturally. Instead of forcing change, I allowed it, trusted in it, and found that growth naturally followed.
