আমার একজন জিজাইনার প্রয়োজন। সহজ কিছু রিকোয়েরমেন্ট।

১) কমপক্ষে ২০/৩০ টা প্রজেক্টের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে প্(রেকটিস হলেও সমস্যা নাই, যদি মান সম্মত হয়)
২) ভালো ডিজাইন করার ক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
৩) কালার এবং টাইপোগ্রফি নিয়ে ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
৪) মোটামোটি নতুস হলেও সমস্যা নাই, কাজ শিখার আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে।
৫) সরাসরি ক্লাইন্টের কাজ করতে হবে এমন না, কাজ বুজিয়ে ব্রিফ দেওয়া হবে ঐ অনুযায়ী কাজ করবেন। কিন্তু কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
৬) আপনার অভিজ্ঞতা অনুযায়ী প্রজেক্ট বেসিস পেমেন্ট করা হবে।
৭) প্রিন্টিং এর যাবতীয় বেসিক জানতে হবে।
বিশেষ সুবিদা, কাজের মানের উপর বেসড করে এক্সট্রা বোনাস। প্রফেশনালর সাথে কাজ শিখার এবং করার সুবিধা। কাজ ভালো হলো, টিম হিসাবে সবসময়ই কাজ করা।
বি: দ্র: শিখবেসবাই এর স্টুডেন্ট হলে অগ্রাধিকার পাবে।
