Once upon a time, in a faraway kingdom, there lived a princess named Penelope. Princess Penelope was kind-hearted, smart, and had a beautiful smile, but she was different from other princesses. She was quite plump, and unfortunately, she had a smelly odor that made people keep their distance. Because of this, she couldn't find a prince to marry.
The king and queen loved their daughter dearly and wanted her to be happy. They tried everything to help Penelope. They invited doctors, magicians, and even wise old women to the palace, hoping someone could help with her smell. But nothing worked.
Princess Penelope often felt lonely. She spent her days reading books and taking care of the animals in the royal garden. She had a special friend, a little bird named Chirpy, who didn't mind her smell and always kept her company.
One day, while Penelope was in the garden, she saw a young man struggling to carry a heavy sack of grain. He was not a prince, but a kind and strong farmer named Tom. Penelope rushed to help him, and together, they carried the sack.
"Thank you, Princess Penelope," said Tom, smiling. "You are very strong and kind."
Penelope blushed. No one had ever thanked her like that before. She and Tom became good friends, spending time together in the garden. Tom didn't seem to care about Penelope's size or her odor. He saw her kindness and her beautiful heart.
As their friendship grew, Tom shared a secret with Penelope. "I know a special herb that can help with your smell," he said. "It's called Sweetleaf, and it grows in the Enchanted Forest."
Determined to find the herb, Penelope and Tom set off on a journey to the Enchanted Forest. The forest was full of magical creatures and plants. After a long search, they found the Sweetleaf herb, shining brightly under the moonlight.
Penelope picked the herb and smelled it. Instantly, she felt a change. The bad odor was gone! She hugged Tom, tears of joy in her eyes. "Thank you, Tom. You are a true friend," she said.
When they returned to the kingdom, everyone was amazed at the change in Princess Penelope. The news spread quickly, and soon, many princes came to ask for her hand in marriage. But Penelope had already made up her mind.
"Tom, will you marry me?" she asked, smiling.
Tom's eyes sparkled with happiness. "Yes, Princess Penelope, I would be honored."
They had a grand wedding, and everyone in the kingdom celebrated their love. Princess Penelope and Tom ruled the kingdom with kindness and wisdom, and they lived happily ever after.
And so, Princess Penelope learned that true beauty comes from within, and with a true friend by your side, anything is possible.
The end.
