Srinagar: Div Com Kashmir VK Bhiduri & Traffic Police City today thrown open a new road on bund side from Natipora to Burzullah , Bhat said this will ease out the Traffic conjection from Natipora to Ram Bagh, Bhat said both tubes from Ram Bagh will open for one way traffic is a long demand of people which have been sorted out today , Bhat said we are greatful to Administration especially Div Com, SMC commissioner & SSP Traffic for their efforts that they show really a courage to make this road on Bund side. Bhat said we have very soon they will macdemise this road .

Fayaz Butt said that apart from the emergency service, people were facing a lot of problems, there was a traffic jam until half-over and he said that all these issues are sorted out due to their efforts . It has been sorted out and now the traffic is much smoother here.

Fayaz Butt further said that the dividers that have been installed here from Ram Bagh to Natipora are causing a lot of loss to the traders or shopkeepers. He appealed to the SSP Traffic to remove these dividers of the road.

In their condolence message, the leaders prayed for peace to the departed soul and strength to the bereaved household especially Mirza Sajad Beigh to bear the inconsolable loss.

*Kadfeen slams anti- tribal remarks, terms them unacceptable, condemnable*

Srinagar: Congress leader Kadfeen Choudhary on Tuesday slammed a political activist for using lewd remarks against Jammu and Kashmir’s tribal community, stating that the lady must rack her brain to understand the consequences of the statement she has made sans compunction.

Kadfeen remarked that the tribal community of Jammu and Kashmir is not a source of shame, but rather a pride for Jammu and Kashmir. Their rich cultural heritage, ancient traditions, and deep connection to the land make them an integral part of our diverse society. Instead of looking down upon them, we should celebrate and honor their contributions, which have shaped the essence of Jammu and Kashmir.

Kadfeen said that tribal communities' distinct identity and way of life have been nurtured over generations.“Their customs, rituals, folklore, and art forms reflect the beauty and uniqueness of their culture. By preserving and passing down these traditions, they enrich our collective heritage and provide a sense of belonging and pride to the people of Jammu and Kashmir. Moreover, the tribal community's close relationship with nature and their sustainable practices serve as an inspiration for environmental conservation. Srinagar: Arsh Institute of Nursing (AIN), Khanmov, celebrated International Nurses Day under the theme "Our Nurses Our Future" at Arsh Campus. B. Sc. Nursing, GNM and ANM students participated in the various activities organised on the occasion.

Dupty Commissioner Srinagar Ajaz Asad said The backbone of healthcare & any society is nursing & we are going to make more efforts to empower the Nursing Field .

The function commenced with the lamp lighting ceremony. Students organized an oath ceremony, Question Answer Competition, Poster making Competition, Cultural & sports activities etc on the occasion to mark the celebration and exhibit their responsibilities towards society.

Srinagar: Congress leader Kadfeen Choudhary on Thursday said that the recent statement made by Apni Party leader Altaf Bukhari was taken out of context and misrepresented by certain political groups.
“It is important to clarify that the recent statement made by Apni Party leader Altaf Bukhari was taken out of context and misrepresented by certain political groups. What he meant in his statement was that Yazeed's forces, while trying to evade shame, used to masquerade as supporters of Imam Hussain (a.s). Bukhari did not target the Shia community in any manner,” Kadfeen said in a statement.
He added that it is crucial to emphasize the importance of Shia-Sunni unity in Kashmir. Both communities have coexisted peacefully for centuries, and sectarian tensions only serve to divide society and undermine the country's progress. “At this crucial hour, it is imperative that we remain cautious of elements who seek to fan sectarian flames for their own political gains. We must come together as a nation and work towards creating a harmonious and inclusive society, where every individual's rights are respected and protected,” Kadfeen said.

Kadfeen Choudhary accuses Owaisi of supporting Communal forces and dividing secular vote bank

Srinagar: Kadfeen Choudhary, Congress leader from Jammu and Kashmir, expressed concern over AIMM Chief Asad-ud-din Owaisi's actions, which seem to be supporting the division of the secular vote bank. Mr. Owaisi's stand against opposition parties that are fighting to protect the secular fabric of our country is alarming. It is crucial for all parties to come together and work towards a common goal of preserving the unity and diversity of India.
Kadfeen who is Congress party’s incharge tribal affairs and communication incharge besides being an active AICC member, in a statement issued here said that as Congress leader from Jammu and Kashmir, he strongly believes in the principles of secularism and social harmony, which are under threat due to the divisive politics of the Communal forces .
“We have seen Mr. Owaisi’s recent election campaigns in different states, where he has consistently targeted and attacked the Congress Party and other opposition parties who are fighting against the Communal forces 's communal agenda. Mr. Owaisi is dividing the secular votes and thus helping the Communal forces to win elections by getting a minority vote share. The AIMM Chief is playing a dangerous game by standing against the opposition parties who have always worked towards the betterment of the nation and its citizens. It is a well-known fact that the Communal forces 's main objective is to divide the people on communal lines and rule the country. It is our responsibility as opposition parties to unite and fight against such nefarious designs,” Kadfeen said.
He added that It is unfortunate that instead of standing with the secular forces in the country, Mr. Owaisi has chosen to play into the hands of the Communal forces . His recent statements and actions suggest that he is more interested in dividing the secular vote bank than in uniting it against the communal forces. “It is important to remember that the Communal forces is a threat to the very fabric of our democracy and secularism. It is essential that all secular forces come together to defeat the Communal forces in the upcoming elections. However, Mr. Owaisi's actions are making it easier for the Communal forces to win elections by dividing the secular vote. I call upon Mr. Owaisi to reconsider his actions and stand with the secular forces in the country. It is time to put aside our differences and unite against the communal forces that threaten our democracy and social harmony.”
