I just finished reading Atomic Habits by and I have to say it’s definitely on my list of must-reads! 👌🏾
EVERYTHING we do is a habit that was formed with time + consistency. And so ANYTHING we want to change/improve can be changed with tiny consistent, actionable steps over a period of time. 👁
A few years ago, I was the kind of person that would sleep all day, watch too much tv and had no real ambition or goals. I was accustomed to doing those things and formed unhealthy habits. But I decided that I wanted to change, to be the person I knew I truly was. And so every day I made little changes like going to bed earlier so I could wake up early and conquer my day! 💪🏾
If you were conditioned to be a certain way, it doesn’t mean you have to continue being that person! ✨
I’m about to start reading ‘Everything is Figureoutable’ by . It’s Badasses like James + Marie that inspire me to be my best self + keep moving forward! 🤘🏾
