It was an amazing weekend of gaming and I can't wait to talk about it tomorrow night LIVE on stream! Yes! After a two month hiatus *Thanks Hurricane Beryl* we will be back on talking out my latest Marvel: Crisis Protocol tournament, the new Arkham Horror RPG, and my refound spark for Lorcana! We will also be doing an unboxing of two custom decks sent to me by Clan Wars TCG!

We had a ball playing Blood Bowl Last night at Board and Brew Games! I learned that the rules are very simple, the game play is very tactical, and the fun never ends! I'll be play more if this and finishing up my Orks real soon!

July has been very bumpy, what with the hurricane and it's aftermath. This past weekend I was able to attend a Hobby Jam at Board and Brew Games and it was so nice to sit down and chat with people in the gaming community while getting some hobby work done. The gaming community is filled with wonderful and interesting people, I hope we can hang out together soon!

It's official, I am deep diving into Blood Bowl by Games Workshop. I picked up these Orcs on Thursday and finished them off yesterday. I call them The SCREWston Boilerz.

Once I learn the game I'll be play a few matches on the stream!

The Renaissance Festival is just a few months away. In April I started a fitness journey to get myself into better shape. I feel more confident, I've lost weight, I fit into old clothes, and I'm feeling better. The original plan was to Cosplay as Venom, as a tribute to my friend who loved Spider-Man, but now I'm looking into doing something a bit more, Savage!

Ever since Warmachine MKIII I have sworn off large scale wargames. Privateer Press let go of us, the Press Gang, and I didn't feel the want for anything big since 2014. That being said I have been playing a lot of war games recently. Malifaux, Warcry, Silver Bayonet, Frostgrave, Kill Team, with more and more coming in each quarter.

Today I'm assembling some models for a game store. I'll be painting them eventually... but there is a slight itch. Something in me wants to play a big game. Lots of beautiful painted models. Two players locked in combat for hours. Taking a well deserved win or a lesson in humility from a loss.

What should I play? Who should I play? When should I play? Tell me what you think!?!?!?

A huge thank you to my friends and family who donated some more equipment and supplies for the stream! We got in a new Camera, Wireless Mic, adjustable camera mount, and loads of dice!

I broke a mic and camera at The WarDome a few months back, but it was a learning experience. Next month I'll be taking a trip to the Lone Star Open to play Marvel: Crisis Protocol! Stay tuned as I get my new stream setup calibrated!

The Nerd Bros had a great night fighting the minions of cosmic horrors in Arkham Horror LCG! Nothing helps me clear my head and feel relaxed than sitting down at the table, playing games, and talking with my friends & family. Also you gotta try City Acre Brewing Co. Have a Peach Sour, order some Fried Chonky Chicken Chonks, and come on back to the tabletop hall after Lotería and play some 40k Killteam or assemble your pirate crew for the Blood and Plunder Summer of Plunder that'll be kicking off soon!

Rainy weather took us away from Board and Brew Games for Guy's Night, but the Nerd Bros and I were able to get together for dinner and a few games of MCP. Can't wait to get back into the swing of things. James(Web Warriors) Vs Adam(Avengers) was a close game. Me(Helfire Club) vs Adam(Avengers went in my favor as Scarlet Witch rolled well all game.
