Episode 3: An off-script chat with Mel Jones

In this episode we chat to the lovely Mel Jones about growing up on the Cape Flats, being a woman of colour, claiming your place and being proud of who you are.

So, this one is very different for a number of reasons. For a start, at an hour long it’s much longer than any of our other episodes. Also, other than adding a jingle at the start and the end, we didn’t edit this one bit at all. We didn’t remove any “umms”, any “ahhs” or anything else we didn’t want in this conversation. We had such a fun and informative chat with Mel that we simply didn’t want to water it down. This is us, raw and unedited. We hope you enjoy listening to this conversation as much as we enjoyed having it. It’s a good one!
