SHADOW CIRCLE GUILD RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Members are expected to participate in official guild and community activities

1.1) All members are expected to participate in official guild activities. Members included in party/raid/event plans are expected to be online and active during these times. Players that remain offline or inactive will result in having their guild membership revoked.

1.2) Inactive Members will be considered for possible eviction. Shadow Circle is a Guild that aims to build friendships beyond the game. We expect everyone to foster good relationships with one another and be pro-active in providing ideas/suggestions on how to improve the guild. Members who show no interest in participating in such activities like/but not limited to: a) welcoming new members b) saying hi/hello in game and/or on guild servers c) giving ideas and responding to their Job Class Chat and Party Chat d) non acknowledgement of important announcements (likes/reactions are enough) will be considered as grounds for possible eviction. We encourage engagement with fellow members at least once a week.

1.3) New members who are absent on their first month in the Guild without prior notification will have their membership automatically revoked.

2. Be diligent and considerate of everyone's time

2.1) Two Consecutive Absences and/or multiple counts of tardiness without notice or for a good reason (including any of the following: not being present in Guild Channel, being offline on discord, not joining the correct party, not following commands, not playing their assigned job class and role and being off position) may result in possible eviction. Members who will be absent/late need to inform their party leaders ahead of time and be responsible to pass on their role/duty to a fellow member.

3. Be inclusive! Be friendly!

3.1) Please be kind and welcoming, especially to new players. Be generous with tips and strategies. Feel free to share your knowledge and expertise. Let us help each other be better players in and out of game!

3.2) All members are encouraged to speak in English or Filipino in our Guild server. Please avoid leaving anyone feeling out of place and be as friendly as possible.

4. Be respectful, don't be toxic!

4.1) Please avoid starting or engaging in flame wars or in-fighting with other members. Players who are habitually committing these offenses will automatically be kicked-out. Issues may be raised with admins to be resolved in a fair and civil manner.

4.2) Be mindful of others. Making jokes, sharing memes, etc. are fine as long as they're done in good taste. DO NOT share or engage in any NSFW material/conversations.

4.3) We have ZERO TOLERANCE for members who display toxic or discriminatory behavior such as/but not limited to: sexism, homophobia, racism, classism etc. Violators will be kicked-out.
