🥱 We’ve all been there, so consumed in our goals that we actually forget we still need to take time for ourselves.
Just recently I was working between 70-80 hours a week in my farm job, and setting up my business alongside this.
🆘 I was waking up at 4am to get work done before my shift started, spend the whole day at work thinking of ideas for the biz and then get home and continue to work until I crashed.
I thought this was the BEST way to be productive until I realised that I was extremely burnt out and this was not sustainable.
🤔 I lacked motivation and found it difficult to make any progress with my business as I was SO tired.
I took advice from my coaches who told me that sometimes we forget that we need to take time off for ourselves.
🤩 I didn’t want to listen to them and I wanted to keep pushing through as I felt guilty for stopping, but gave in and spent the entire weekend with friends and doing something different- it was the best thing for me.

Yes. It’s easier to not do it and never fail.
But surely it’s better to do it and fail, so you can learn, than to never do it at all?
Failing means that we can learn from our mistakes and try again, improve, and grow.
We need to stop thinking so much about other people’s opinions and how they perceive us and our actions, don’t let others take away your mindset and inner peace 😌
Why does it matter what they think?
Surely what matters is that you live your life exactly how you want to?
Doing something new is scary, yes, but surely it is scarier to stay in the same place? The same position as where you are now?
2 years ago I left the UK, donated all of my clothes, sold my belongings, quit the job and I loved and moved away from my family are friends.
It was terrifying.
But I knew there was more out there, outside of that comfort zone.
🇦🇺If I had been afraid that I’d fail at travelling full time, living in new countries, I never would be in the position that I’m in today.
