If you want to avoid an epidural in a hospital setting, you have to actually labor at home for as long as possible.
The labor pains can be managed without an epidural, but you have to actually do this first, BEFORE you arrive at the hospital.
➡️ Have a list of things that you can do to at home to encourage your baby to drop lower into the pelvis which increases dilation.
➡️Learn relaxation techniques to boost oxytocin to encourage stronger contractions which progresses labor.
The goal is to pretty much be ready to push when you arrive at the hospital, but this can only be possible if you stay home longer.
This allows your body to naturally dilate, making it more likely that you’ll have your unmedicated birth by the time you get to the hospital.
Especially when you know HOW to labor effectively at home.
✨ Now how the heck can you learn to labor at home effectively and less anxiously?
✅ Comment SHOW ME below and I’ll send you the link to grab my Labor Preparation Guide so you can get started preparing for your labor so that all you have to do when you get to the hospital, is push!
Ps - what I teach in this labor prep guide is exactly how I was able to avoid an epidural with both of my births. And it’s also what Ellie (a first time mom from South Africa) was able to do after reading and applying the practices that I teach in my guide.

THIS CHANGED EVERYTHING 👇🏾
There IS something that sets those that have unmedicated births apart from the rest.. and it’s not what you’re thinking…
I was a scared first time mom who knew I wanted to give birth without an epidural but had no clue how I was actually going to do it. I questioned myself, I was hesitant about my choice and my family def thought I was crazy 😂.
I had heard of some women having easy births..but I felt like that was only possible if you had a high pain tolerance or were super fit (which I definitely was not lol). But then I learned something that was the lightbulb moment, the turning point, the AH-HA that I was waiting for…just simply making the decision to birth without an epidural is NOT enough. Hoping and praying it all works out isn’t how these women got these births. The key is PREPARATION!!
The women who walked away from their births feeling empowered, got there by literally preparing themselves mentally AND physically for birth. (You need both). And no, it’s not just something that you do for one day and say you’re prepared. There is a concrete method that WORKS. When I started fully preparing myself, it allowed me to push out two babies without pain meds and I wasn’t in excruciating pain for hours, begging for it all it be over.
The way I teach labor preparation is not random tips, tricks, or advice like “bounce on a birth ball”. Because that bouncing will literally get you NOWHERE if you haven’t truly prepared your mind.
This preparation includes:
✨ Things that you can do daily to slowly get your mind/body prepared
✨ Small changes to make in the third trimester to open your pelvis
✨ Simple exercises to get baby in alignment
✨ Herbs that make labor easier
✨ An EXACT daily schedule that you can customize to fit your lifestyle
✨ Natural pain relief options that don’t involve meds or an epidural
✨And SO MUCH MORE.

She knew she wanted to avoid a traumatic birth experience, so she bought my guide to help her. And the best part is she was 30 wks pregnant when she got started and still rocked her labor! 🫶🏾

Listen, an epidural can relief the pain of labor BUT there are so many other things that you can use without the risk of side effects.
The key to a manageable unmedicated birth is having some tools in your back pocket for when labor gets hard.

Here’s what you should know ⬇️
Giving birth without pain meds or an epidural is so possible.
But I’m not talking about being in excruciating pain in order to get through it.
I’m talking about learning how to naturally manage the pain —regardless of your pain tolerance.
🌻 For example, standing in a shower or sitting in a tub can lessen the pain of contractions so that you can relax, which ultimately makes you dilate faster.
When I learned this 5 years and 2 births ago, it was a game changer for me. My ability to have both of my babies without opting for an epidural was 1000% achieved through everything I learned and then put into practice.
And heck yes, I will help you learn EXACTLY how you can have unmedicated birth, too!
👉🏾 Comment *PREP* below and I’ll send you the link to grab my Labor Preparation Guide that is filled with pain management techniques to use in labor, as well as exactly what to do during pregnancy to actually prepare for your birth. So you can get started getting your mind and body ready for labor THIS WEEK!
Ps - Chantel (a momma who used my guides to prepare for her birth) messaged me on my TT last week saying she gave birth last Friday and it was the most amazing natural birth experience ever. She said she arrived to the hospital fully dilated and ready to push, with no meds and fully in tune with her body.

I’ve seen too many women WANT to birth without an epidural, but don’t take the time to learn what that means.
Yes, our bodies were made for this….but it still takes some effort on our part to learn about birth so that we can actually enjoy it!
And regardless of what they say, it IS possible to enjoy birth.
That’s how I had 2 births that I’m over the moon excited about 🥰.
You can have it too. I’m not special. I just took action.

Understanding physiological birth means understanding how the broth process works.
Everything is carefully intertwined and orchestrated by the Most High.
I’m not saying that you can’t breastfeed if you get an epidural. Not at all!
But I am saying that the body was designed to respond to its natural hormones and when we use the epidural, it impedes on that process which then can impact us postpartum (such as breastfeeding and milk supply).
If you want to learn how you can prepare your mind + body in a simple way that better supports you in pregnancy, birth and postpartum….then I’m so happy to tell you about my labor preparation guide 🌻.
✨ It has over 60 pages of very easy to digest information on EXACTLY what to do to prep your mind and your body for an empowered birth. No more scouring Google or saving 100 Reels to piece together information about having an easier labor.

Fear of birth is real.
And it’s valid.
But here’s the thing about it. —> you can’t stay there.
When you let the fear take over, you don’t make great decisions and this impacts your birth experience.
I wrote my labor preparation guide to help women who are just like how I was.
Wanting an unmedicated birth, but trying to get past the fear.
I had 2 babies without an epidural and I’ve helped so many other women do the same.
