I honestly think creating color palettes have become my favorite part of brand development.

It’s really amazing to me how just looking at a specific color can affect one’s mood and release so many emotions.

Happy Monday ✨
Its the first Monday of the New Year & I couldn’t be more excited for everything 2022 has to offer me.

As I am entering a new chapter in my life and reflected on the past years…I decided to write out a list of words that I wanted to really focus on this year…in both my personal and business life.

Me… I needed to tell myself this 😭

If you watched my story from earlier, you are probably aware that all my content erased from Ai today 😭 I was so frustrated because I worked so hard on my January content just for it to delete without even telling me 😞

I spent that last hour trying to recreate all the content and make it exactly how it looked before it vanished and of course I just ended up getting more frustrated with myself…

With that being said, I want to encourage everyone to just slow down, take a break and enjoy these last two days of 2021. I’ve had several consultations over the last few days and they all started with “trying to get everything together before the New Year”.

Although two days isn’t THAT long, im taking my two day break lol. Talk to yall on January 1st ✨

Simple, minimalist, and colorful is definitely my thing 🤩

Remember the product mock up design I posted yesterday? Before designing, I had to do some research on the client’s ideal target audience, then put all of the information together to create a color palette, find brand patterns, and create the logos….I keep telling y’all its a process to brand designing 🙃

Heyyy Everyone! Happy Monday 🤍

Lately, so many ppl have been asking me how I got into brand designing and content creation and what can they do to become better at creating their own content or content for others…

I started creating content on Canva for my personal Instagram feed because I wanted my feed to look and feel a certain way. Ppl began to notice my work, asked who created it and once I said me, of course they asked me to create theirs as well.

Fast forward almost two years later, I mainly use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator now after taking a few classes with my creative coach butttttt I definitely still use Canva on some projects.

Although Canva is my personal favorite…here are three, 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 content creation platforms (other than Canva )that you can use to build your brand and or business 𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬

Good morning everyone 💕
I absolutely love when my clients comment on and acknowledge my workflows and onboarding process becauseeeeee its alot to put together lol. However, it’s worth it ❗️

Before creating my workflows and onboarding process, my life was a mess. Literally loosing out on money because my everyday life got in the way and I wouldn’t see a email until 3 days later 🙃 literally just throwing money away.

It took months and of course im still learning but I dont feel as if my business is running me anymore…

Let’s talk about brand colors today! When developing your business, it is important to select colors that represent who you are but also catch your target audience attention as well.

When I first started promoting my business online, I chose colors I thought my clients wanted to see but it did not fit me and my personality at all which left me unmotivated and eventually having to rebrand 🙄

Im such a fun spirited kind of person, always laughing/smiling and enjoying every moment of my life so of course I wanted that to reflect in my business as well on top of pink being one of my favorite colors 🙃

You want to grow your social media account to gain more followers and bring more awareness to your product/services butttttt you dont want to post, you dont want to engage, and your bio still includes your college and the year you graduated….. make it make sense.

I have spent many months, maybe even years hiding behind a screen because I felt as if “I wasn’t ready”. Coming up with every excuse in the book to not promote myself on social media. “Oh im new and nobody will work with me, I don’t have the time to focus on that right now” and anything else I could come up with at the moment. However, I still wanted clients and was confused as to why nobody was booking my services 🥴 literally made no sense.
