Shooting with an elevated heart rate adds to the fun of ringing steel, especially at intermediate distances. My buddy and I hit (or try to) a 6" plate at 40, 50, and 60 yards. In between each set we do a sprint. No rest between reps. You can really see how I am slow on the last 90 yard "jog" but still can hit after finding my rhythm.
