One of my favorite snacks is Beef Empanada | SARAPlicious recipe.

My first attempt at making this failed because the dough opened up while frying it. I decided to buy an empanada molder for ease, and it was a success! Now, I can make this at any time. In some cases, this can also be an appetizer or light meal.

1. Prepare the dough.
2. Cook the beef filling.
3. Using the empanada molder, make the round dough.
4. Fill the dough with the beef filling and seal using the molder.
5. Fry the beef empanadas until golden brown.
6. Let it cool and serve. Enjoy!

A simple recipe that once became viral. This is our Tomato Egg Recipe | SARAPlicious version.

When I have tuyo {dried fish}, I usually pair it with Tortang Itlog na may Sibuyas at Kamatis {egg omelette with tomatoes and onion}. This recipe is an upgraded version of the original and is very delicious! It can be your breakfast or lunch,

1. Cook scrambled eggs and set them aside.
2. Sauté garlic, the white part of the spring onion, and tomatoes. Cover to cook the tomatoes.
3. Add these ingredients for flavoring: soy sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, sugar, and water.
4. Combine the scrambled eggs. Mix.
5. Turn off the heat. Put sesame oil and garnish with spring onions.
6. Serve with rice and anything fried. Enjoy!

Let's enjoy French Toast made with our thick milk bread, a SARAPlicious recipe.

When we have French Toast, I use a slice of bread or pandesal. My husband and I bake our own bread, so we used almost half of a thick loaf in making this recipe. We added cinnamon and nutmeg to add flavor and drizzled honey on top of a slice of butter - it is truly SARAPlicious!

2. Soak the thick bread on all sides.
3. Melt butter in a pan and fry the bread on all sides until golden brown.
4. Slice the bread and scoop the remaining batter mixture.
5. Fry again on all sides.
6. Before eating, put a slice of butter on top and drizzle with honey.
7. Serve with coffee and enjoy!

Let's try a unique flavor for chicken with our Sinigang Fried Chicken Wings with Gravy | SARAPlicious version.

I have a Sinigang Mix Powder at home and was unsure of what to cook when my husband suggested using it with chicken in a non-soup dish. I became curious and decided to give it a try. To my surprise, the fried chicken had a delightful sinigang flavor - not sour, just right, with the sinigang gravy I prepared, and it also tasted delicious!
