Let's cook a simple version of Ginisang Munggo | SARAPlicious recipe.
We published different versions of this recipe - one with coconut cream, turmeric, and pan-grilled belly, accompanied by a variety of vegetable leaves, including malunggay, dahon ng sili, and dahon ng ampalaya. This is probably the basic and simplest version of it.

*Procedure:
1. Sauté garlic until lightly browned.
2. Add the meat and pork cube. Cover to cook.
3. Put the onion, ground black pepper, and tomatoes.
4. Combine the mung beans. Pour water and stir. Cover to cook until it softens.
5. Check the doneness and adjust the taste, if needed.
6. Add the crushed chicharon. Mix.
7. Lastly, add the malunggay and dahon ng sili. Simmer, then turn off the heat.
8. Serve with steamed rice and anything fried. Enjoy!
