Let's bake Calamansi Muffins, a SARAPlicious snack recipe.
This muffin gained fame in a popular tourist spot here in the Philippines, so we decided to bake it. This can be enjoyed as a snack, dessert, or breakfast, and is suitable for consumption at any time of day.

*Procedure:
1. Prepare the wet ingredients - fresh milk, calamansi juice & rind, egg, and melted margarine.
2. Prepare the dry ingredients - all-purpose flour, baking soda, and powder.
3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix.
4. Fill the muffin liner with 2 scoops of batter.
5. Bake at 190C for 25 minutes.
6. Make the calamansi syrup. Let it cool.
7. Brush the muffin top or dip the muffin in the calamansi syrup.
8. Serve with the favorite drink and enjoy!
