Here's my paycheck.

Our company is fully open.

Even the numbers.

It helps with two things.

1. DECISIONS
Since our CEO can share everything, she gets advice from the best board. All you great followers.

2. MARKETING
Most don't run a company like this. So when I share the company's financial status and my paycheck, 30,000+ people read the post. At $34 CPM, that's $1,000 in free marketing.

Here's our September 2025 status:

YouTube
We share free AI and RPA tutorials. Video ads made $2,805. But more importantly, we helped people.

Live training
Companies book us for Copilot and Power Automate workshops. Many know us from YouTube. This speeds up the sales process. We earned $51,675 from live seminars in September.

E-learning
We sell online courses with lifetime access for $50 each. September: $2,587.

Consulting
We offer one-hour sessions for Power Automate, Copilot, or OpenAI. Earned $11,723.

TOTAL
Earnings in September: $68,790. Yearly total: $493,864.

The best part? I founded the company with my wife. Still no investors. No loans. Built it slow and steady. Freedom for our small family.

How much do I earn? This month, my paycheck said $7,330. The CEO (my wife) was $5,430 (she had less mileage allowance). Pension and profit come in December. So far $219,116.

I launched a company today.

With 40 cofounders.

We called it Swipidoo. A credit card that makes spending easy.

We used automation and AI for the company launch. To speed up creating text, handle data, creating code, and developing agents.

Ninety minutes later, we closed the company again.

Swipidoo was fake. So I could live demo ChatGPT, Copilot, Copilot Studio Lite, and Power Automate. No slides used.

Raise capital. Scale fast. Build big.

That was the advice. When we started the company.

Our mission was to have fun workdays. And spend more time as a family. We weren't trying to build the next Amazon. So, our strategy looked different.

We want to deliver the best workshops our customers have ever seen. We also aim to work 34 hours per week. Therefore, we keep our company "do's" clear.

Do's:
- Every customer is our most important customer. Answer emails within 24 hours.
- Every workshop participant is our most important participant. Learn their names within 10 minutes. Use their names and background throughout the day. Talk to them individually and get feedback during breaks. Adjust if needed. Give them access to lifetime e-learning after the day.
- Few products. We train staff in RPA Copilot and GPT. Beginners to experts.
- Don't be afraid to recommend competitors. If we cannot help, we refer them to top rivals.
- Avoid meetings.
- No loans or investors. Then we are 100% the bosses.
- Only prepaid orders. Not one minute was spent chasing late payers. No headaches.
- 99 percent transparent. We ask the community for feedback. Take decisions in public. We share our financial numbers openly.
- Give back. We offer free online training to people who cannot afford a 4400 dollar day.
- Automate every repetitive task. Our background makes it easy. We use LLMs, AI agents, RPA, APIs, and AI workflows.

What we want to get better at:
- Hire young people. We get older and need fresh ideas and products.
- Spend money on marketing. So far, our orders have come organic and by word of mouth.

Here is the financial update for Q2 2025:

The AI recorder is part of Power Automate Desktop. It tracks voice, mouse, keyboard, and screen with AI to build flows.
